<p>Dieses Smoothie Rezept mit Blaubeeren ist super erfrischend und daher optimal für einen warmen Sommertag! Er wird allein durch die reifen Bananen gesüßt und bekommt, dank der Gurke, einen super Frischekick. Lass dich von dieser Kombination nicht abschrecken, es schmeckt super lecker! In spätestens 5 Minuten bist du damit fertig, kannst dich entspannt zurücklehnen und den Smoothie genießen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Was brauchst du?</h2>



<p>Für den Smoothie empfiehlt es sich immer, eine leistungsstarke Küchenmaschine zu haben. Diese kann die Zutaten gut pürieren, damit du letztendlich keine Stückchen mehr darin findest. Außerdem kommt bei diesem Rezept dazu, dass Cashewkerne enthalten sind, welche ich vorher nicht gekocht habe: Dadurch sind sie noch nicht weich genug, um sie beispielsweise mit einem Pürierstab zu zerkleinern.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Verträgst du rohe Nüsse nicht?</h2>



<p>Wenn das bei dir der Fall ist und du bei rohen Nüssen Bauchbeschwerden bekommen solltest, kannst du die Nüsse vorher für 10-15 Minuten weichkochen. Spüle sie dann kurz mit kaltem Wasser ab, damit sich dein Smoothie nicht aufheizt. Ein weiterer Vorteil, neben der besseren Verdaulichkeit ist, dass sich die weichen Cashewkerne auch mit einer nicht so starken Küchenmaschine besser zerkleinern lassen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange kannst du ihn aufbewahren?</h2>



<p>Ich würde dir immer empfehlen den Smoothie am selben Tag zu trinken, an dem du ihn zubereitet hast. So sind alle Zutaten ganz frisch und die Vitamine noch vollständig enthalten. Falls du doch aus Versehen viel zu viel gemacht hast, füllst du den Rest in ein verschließbares Gefäß: Am nächsten Tag sollte der Smoothie aber getrunken werden!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Eine Variation meinerseits</h2>



<p>Möchtest du ihn lieber noch etwas kälter trinken? Um den fertigen Shake nicht erst im Kühlschrank abkühlen lassen zu müssen, kannst du 2 Eiswürfel mit in den Mixer geben. <strong>Achtung:</strong> Der Mixer sollte in diesem Falle ein Hochleistungsmixer und somit auch für feste Zutaten geeignet sein!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann ich TK-Erdbeeren verwenden?</h2>



<p>Um deinen Erdbeer-Shake noch eine gesunde Frische zu verleihen, kannst du auch tiefgefrorene Erdbeeren verwenden. Achte darauf, dass du einen leistungsstarken Mixer hast, damit du dir deinen nicht kaputt machst! Außerdem können TK-Früchte eine andere Süße haben, wie frische Beeren: Variiere anhand deines Geschmacks die Menge der Banane um mehr bzw. weniger Süße zu bekommen. Durch die gefrorenen Früchte hast du ihn somit auch gleich gekühlt!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange kann ich den Erdbeer-Shake aufbewahren?</h2>



<p>Wenn du den Shake zubereitest, solltest du ihn an dem selben Tag bestenfalls auch trinken. Wenn du es nicht schaffen solltest, füllst du ihn in ein geschlossenes Behältnis und sollest den Shake den nächsten Tag trinken. Vorher nochmal kurz umrühren, damit sich alle Zutaten wieder miteinander vermischen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Pürieren</h3>



<p>Gib alle Zutaten zusammen in eine Küchenmaschine und püriere sie zu einem glatten Erdbeer-Shake. </p>

<p>Es ist Sommer und höchste Zeit für eine kleine Erfrischung. In weniger als 5 Minuten kannst du dir mit diesem Smoothie Rezept, einen leckere Mango-Pause gönnen!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="mango">Mango</h2>



<p>Hättest du gedacht, dass es über 1000 Mangosorten gibt? Mango wird auch als Heilpflanze verwendet: Dadurch, dass sie säurearm und gut verdaulich ist, soll sie den Darm beruhigen. Des Weiteren wird sie vorbeugend gegen Infektionen oder Erkältungen eingesetzt, da sie einen hohen Anteil an Vitamin C besitzt. Aus den Samen der Mango wird ein Pflanzenfett gewonnen, welches seinen Einsatz in der Herstellung von Schokolade und vielen Kosmetikprodukten findet. </p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="welche-mango-verwende-ich">Welche Mango verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Nutze im besten Fall bereits ungezuckerte Mango aus dem Tiefkühlfach. Somit musst du sie nur noch in den Mixer geben und hast einen kühlen Smoothie. Beachte, dass bei frischer Mango noch die Kühlzeit dazukommt!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="zubereitung">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Pürieren</h3>



<p>Gib all deine Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer und stelle ihn langsam auf volle Stufe. Mixe so lange, bis du deine gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht hast. Ich persönlich hab meinen Smoothie lieber cremig, weshalb ich den Mixer etwas länger arbeiten lasse… aber das ist deine freie Entscheidung.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Anrichten und Dekorieren</h3>



<p>Fülle den fertigen Smoothie in ein Glas, gib nach Belieben etwas Minze dazu und schon kannst du den Sommertag genießen!</p>

<p>Heute sind wieder mal die Aroniabeeren am Start. Da sie doch eher einen säuerlich-herben Geschmack mit sich bringen, wird dir diese süße Variante sehr gefallen! Du musst nur darauf achten, dass deine Plattpfirsiche und die Bananen schon schön reif sind und somit über eine ausreichend natürliche Süße verfügen. Dadurch brauchst du keine zusätzlichen Süßungsmittel hinzufügen und hast einen gesunden Smoothie mit Aroniabeeren, der super schnell zuzubereiten ist!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Warum erhitze ich die Aroniabeeren?</h2>



<p>Ich koche die Aroniabeeren gern, bevor ich sie verarbeite. Der Grund ist die sich in den Beeren befindliche Blausäure, welche durch kochen unschädlich gemacht werden kann. Scheinbar kann man die Apfelbeere in geringen Mengen auch roh verzehren, aber ich möchte lieber auf Nummer sicher gehen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann man den Smoothie einfrieren?</h2>



<p>Wenn du zurzeit viele Aroniabeeren hast und mit Smoothie trinken nicht hinterher kommst, kannst du auch einzelne Portionen einfrieren. So hast du immer etwas auf Lager, wenn dich der Appetit überfällt! Oder du machst andere schöne Rezepte, wie beispielsweise eine leckere <a href="https://ciras-veggies.de/vegane-tarte/">Tarte</a>!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Beeren kochen</h3>



<p>Lass die Beeren für 5 Minuten in einem Topf köcheln.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Smoothie pürieren</h3>



<p>Entsteine die Plattpfirsiche. Gebe diese, die Beeren mit dem entstandenen Fruchtwasser und die Bananen in einen Hochleistungsmixer. Kräftig pürieren! Wenn du ihn noch etwas süßer haben möchtest, kannst du die Menge der reifen Bananen erhöhen. Je nach Konsistenz eventuell noch etwas Flüssigkeit hinzugeben, damit er nicht zu fest wird. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Kühl stellen</h3>



<p>Anschließend füllst du den Smoothie in die Gläser und stellst ihn in den Kühlschrank: Genieße ihn kalt! Rühre kurz vor dem Verzehr nochmal um und lass ihn dir dann schmecken!</p>

<p>Dazu passen sehr gut ein paar Blättchen Minze!</p>
