<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Was ist die perfekte Gehtemperatur?</h2>



<p>Teig fühlt sich in einer warmen Umgebung am wohlsten. Da auf die warme Zimmertemperatur nicht immer verlass ist, gibt es eine super Variation, die ich bei nahezu jedem Teigrezept machen: Du heizt den Ofen auf 30°C vor. Danach schaltest du ihn wieder aus und stellst die abgedeckte Schüssel oder das Blech mit dem Teig in den Ofen. Lass den Teig für die gesamte Ruhezeit allein und die Ofentür geschlossen, er kommt ohne dich am besten zurecht!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Das kannst du auch machen:</h2>



<p>Um noch eine kleine Überraschung in den Gesichtern deiner Gäste zu platzieren, kannst du in jedes Mini-Brötchen ein Stück veganen Käse hineingeben. Im Ofen schmilzt er und kann somit, wenn ihr die Brötchen warm genießt, für das gewisse etwas sorgen!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Teig herstellen</h3>



<p>Verrühre Mehl, Trockenhefe, Kräutersalz und Rosmarin in einer Schüssel. Dazu gibst du den warmen Sojadrink und das Öl. Verknete den Teig 5min. mit Hilfe einer Küchenmaschine, bis er schön elastisch und weich ist.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Baum formen</h3>



<p>Befeuchte dir mit Wasser leicht die Hände und forme 17 Kugeln. Lege diese, in Form eines Tannenbaumes, auf dein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech. Eine Kugel formst du dabei etwas länglicher, das ist die Weihnachtsbaum-Halterung am Fuße des Baumes. Eine andere Kugel formst du als Stern oder stichst den Teig mit einer sternförmigen Plätzchenform aus. Decke den Tannenbaum mit einem Küchentuch ab und lass ihn 30min. gehen.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Backen</h3>



<p>Heize den Ofen auf <strong>200°C Umluft</strong> vor. Anschließend bestreichst du den Teig mit geschmolzener veganer Kräuterbutter oder normaler pflanzlicher Butter. Verteile etwas frischen Rosmarin und eventuell ein wenig Salz darauf und backe den Tannenbaum für <strong>15 Minuten</strong>. Danach kannst du noch ein paar rote Pfefferkörner als Farbtupfer darauf verteilen und direkt warm servieren!</p>

Lege diese, in Form eines Tannenbaumes, auf dein mit Backpapier. Eine Kugel formst du dabei etwas länglicher, das ist der Fuß des Baumes. Eine andere Kugel formst du als Stern. Decke den Tannenbaum mit einem Küchentuch ab und lass ihn 30min. gehen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4073-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Heize den Ofen auf 200°C Umluft vor und bestreiche den Teig mit geschmolzener Kräuterbutter. Verteile etwas frischen Rosmarin und evtl. etwas Salz darauf und backe den Tannenbaum für 15min. Danach kannst du rote Pfefferkörner als Farbtupfer darauf verteilen und direkt warm servieren!</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
