<p>Hefeblumen sehen toll aus und sind so schön fluffig! Dieses Rezept ist definitiv empfehlenswert und eine tolle Variante für vegane Osterrezepte: Eine große Hefeblume, die in der Mitte mit Blaumohn gefüllt und von einem Cranberry-Ring umgeben ist. Das Ganze kann mit Mandelmus, Puderzucker oder anderen Topping serviert werden.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Warm oder kalt genießen?</h2>



<p>Am besten schmeckt die Mohnblume direkt frisch aus dem Ofen. Das würde ich dir bei allen Hefeteig-Rezepten empfehlen! Frisch und warm sind sie schön fluffig und einfach ein Träumchen. Wenn sie auskühlen bzw. länger stehen, dann wird der Hefeteig fester. Du kannst die Mohnblume dann aber auch kurz in der Mikrowelle oder nochmal im Ofen erwärmen. Bevor du es in den Ofen machst, mit ein wenig Pflanzendrink bestreichen!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Was ist die Stäbchenprobe?</h2>



<p>Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist, ob dein Teig durchgebacken ist, kannst du die Stäbchenprobe durchführen: Dafür brauchst du einen Zahnstocher oder einen anderen Holzspieß und pickst einmal tief in die dickste Teigstelle hinein. Wenn du den Holzspieß wieder herausziehst und es klebt kein roher Teig daran, ist er fertig gebacken. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, lässt du ihn nochmal für ein paar Minuten drin.</p>



<p><strong>Aber Achtung:</strong> Du darfst deine Mohnblume nicht zu lange backen, da sie sonst trocken wird! Ich denke die Backzeit +/- 5 Minuten sollten eingehalten werden!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Hefeteig herstellen</h3>



<p>Gib Mehl, Salz und Trockenhefe in eine Schüssel und verrühre die Zutaten. Danach gibst du die weiche Butter und den Pflanzendrink dazu und knetest den Teig für eine viertel Stunde: Du kannst dafür auch eine Küchenmaschine mit Knetfunktion verwenden! Er sollte letztendlich schön elastisch sein und sich komplett von den Seitenwänden lösen. Decke ihn ab und lass den Teig für <strong>2 Stunden gehen</strong>, damit sich sein Volumen verdoppeln kann. Dafür kannst du den Ofen auf 30°C vorheizen, anschließend abstellen und die abgedeckte Schüssel hineinstellen. Somit hast du die perfekte Temperatur für den Teig!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Füllung vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Gib alle Zutaten für die Mohnschicht in eine Schüssel und vermenge sie miteinander. Stelle sie in den Kühlschrank. Die Cranberrys kommen in eine Küchenmaschine und werden mit der weichen veganen Butter zerkleinert: Ein paar Stückchen dürfen dabei natürlich noch bleiben, es sollte nicht vollständig püriert werden.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Cranberryrolle formen</h3>



<p>Teile den Teig in 3 Stücke. </p>

<p>Verknete zwei Teile miteinander und lege sie beiseite, das dritte Stück brauchen wir jetzt: Knete den Teig nochmal kurz durch und rolle ihn zu einem etwa 50cm langen Streifen aus. Darauf verteilst du die Cranberrys und rollst ihn zusammen. Achte darauf, dass du nicht zu locker aufrollst, da er in diesem Fall nicht sehr gut zusammenhält. Schneide die Rolle, mit einem scharfen Messer, einmal längs durch. Diese 2 Stränge, die jetzt entstanden sind, verdrehst du miteinander: Schau darauf, dass die offene Seite immer nach oben zeigt! Lege es zur Seite.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Blume legen</h3>



<p>Als nächstes nimmst du dir die zwei Teile, welche du zur Seite gelegt und verknetet hast. Dieser Teig wird ebenfalls zu einem langen Streifen (ca. 40cm) ausgerollt. Verteile darauf die Mohnschicht und rolle ihn auf. Schneide ihn einmal längs durch. </p>

<p>Fange jetzt bei einem Strang an, ihn (wie bei einer Schnecke) aufzurollen. Die offene Seite zeigt dabei immer nach oben! Wenn der erste Strang aufgerollt ist, machst du mit dem zweiten Mohnstreifen weiter. Drumherum kommt abschließend noch der geflochtene Cranberry-Teig. Decke die Blume ab und lass sie nochmal <strong>30 Minuten</strong> <strong>gehen</strong>.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Schritt: Mohnblume backen</h3>



<p>Heize den Ofen auf <strong>180°C Ober-/Unterhitze</strong> vor. Backe die Hefeblume, auf unterster Schiene, für <strong>40 Minuten</strong>. Führe die Stäbchenprobe durch, wenn du denkst, dass der Teig noch nicht durch sein könnte (siehe Anleitung oben). Decke die Hefeblume mit Alufolie ab, wenn sie zu dunkel wird. Nach dem Backen am besten direkt warm genießen und mit Mandelmus toppen!</p>



<p>Vegane Osterrezepte: Du kannst dieses Rezept auch mit Gänseblumchen oder anderen essbaren Blumen verzieren, sie geben noch das &#8222;gewisse etwas&#8220;!</p>

Danach kommen Butter und Pflanzendrink dazu, damit der Teig eine viertel geknetet werden kann. Er sollte schön elastisch werden und sich von den Seitenwänden lösen. Lass ihn für 2h abgedeckt gehen, damit sich sein Volumen verdoppeln kann. Dafür kannst du den Ofen auf 30°C vorheizen, anschließend abstellen und die abgedeckte Schüssel hineinstellen. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2273-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Gib alle Zutaten für die Mohnschicht in eine Schüssel, vermenge sie und stelle es kühl. Die Cranberrys kommen in eine Küchenmaschine und werden mit der Butter zerkleinert: Ein paar Stückchen dürfen dabei natürlich noch bleiben.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2273-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Teile den Teig in 3 Stücke. Verknete zwei Teile miteinander und lege sie beiseite, das dritte Stück brauchen wir jetzt: Knete den Teig nochmals kurz durch und rolle ihn zu einem ca. 50cm langen Streifen aus. Darauf verteilst du die Cranberrys und rollst ihn zusammen. Nicht zu locker aufrollen! Schneide die Rolle einmal längs durch. Diese 2 entstandenen Stränge verdrehst du miteinander: Die offene Seite sollte immer nach oben zeigen!</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2273-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Nimmst dir den restlichen Teig: Rolle ihn zu einem langen Streifen aus (ca. 40cm). Verteile darauf die Mohnschicht und rolle ihn auf. Schneide ihn einmal längs durch. Fange jetzt bei einem Strang an, ihn wie bei einer Schnecke aufzurollen. Die offene Seite zeigt dabei immer nach oben! Wenn der erste Strang aufgerollt ist, machst du mit dem zweiten Mohnstreifen weiter. Drumherum kommt abschließend noch der geflochtene Cranberry-Teig. Decke die Blume ab und lass sie 30min. gehen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2273-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Heize den Ofen auf 180°C Ober-/Unterhitze vor. Backe die Hefeblume, auf unterster Schiene, für 40 Minuten. Führe die Stäbchenprobe durch, wenn du denkst, dass der Teig noch nicht durch sein könnte (siehe Anleitung oben). Decke die Hefeblume mit Alufolie ab, wenn sie zu dunkel wird. Nach dem Backen am besten direkt warm genießen und mit Mandelmus toppen!</div></li></ul></div></div>
