<p>Ihr kennt es sicher auch, dass man sich bei schönem Wetter, spontan mit Freunden zum Grillen verabredet. Ein Zupfbrot ist für diese Gelegenheiten einfach und schnell zubereitet.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="welches-brot-verwende-ich">Welches Brot verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Das Brot dafür habe ich gekauft. Da kannst du frei wählen, welches dir am liebsten ist. Ich würde dir jedoch von einem Krustenbrot abraten, da es sich durch die sehr feste Kruste schlecht zurechtschneiden lässt.</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="du-benotigst">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="1-schritt-krauterbutter-herstellen">1. Schritt: Kräuterbutter herstellen</h3>



<p>Hacke die Kräuter fein, vermische sie mit deiner Butter und würze das Ganze mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer. Fülle die Kräuterbutter in ein quadratisches Schälchen und stell sie in den Kühlschrank.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="2-schritt-brot-einschneiden">2. Schritt: Brot einschneiden</h3>



<p>Heize den Ofen auf 200°C vor. Schneide das Brot sowohl längs, als auch quer ein: Es sollten Würfel von ca. 2&#215;2 cm entstehen. Achtung: Du darfst auf keinen Fall das Brot komplett durchschneiden, ansonsten zerfällt es danach! Lass ungefähr einen Zentimeter bis zum Boden Platz!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="3-schritt-befullen">3. Schritt: Befüllen</h3>



<p>Fülle die Zwischenräume mit Scheibchen von der Kräuterbutter und dem Reibegenuss. Den Rest streust du darüber. Stelle das Brot auf ein Blech mit Backpapier und backe es für 20 Minuten im Ofen.</p>



<p>Sprecht euch mit dem Grillmeister ab, das alles zur entsprechenden Zeit fertig ist. Denn am aller besten schmeckt das Zupfbrot frisch aus dem Ofen. Die einzelnen Elemente können nun rausgezupft werden. Lasst es euch schmecken!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="tipp"><strong>Tipp:</strong></h3>



<p>Falls du das Brot etwas zu tief eingeschnitten hast und es leicht auseinanderfällt, empfehle ich dir, das Brot in eine Form zu stellen. Diese sollte Ofengeeignet sein und dient dazu, dass das Brot beim Backen nicht zu weit auseinander geht.</p>



<p>Du kannst statt der Butter auch 100 ml Olivenöl verwenden: Mische es mit den Kräutern, sowie Salz und Pfeffer und gebe es in die Zwischenräume des Brotes.</p>
