<p>Ein super tolles Rezept! Diese Kürbisbrötchen sind so schön fluffig und lecker, dass man davon nicht genug bekommen kann… Hast du Kürbisse über oder möchtest einfach mal etwas anderes ausprobieren? Dann sind diese Brötchen genau das Richtige für dich!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="wie-lange-mussen-die-brotchen-ziehen">Wie lange müssen die Brötchen ziehen?</h2>



<p>Wenn du den Teig zubereitest sollte er erstmal eine Stunde gehen, damit er sich richtig entfalten kann. Nachdem du die Brötchen auf dem Backblech geformt hast, würde ich dir empfehlen, sie nochmal abgedeckt für eine halbe Stunde gehen zu lassen: Sie verlieren durch das Formen wieder an Volumen!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="wie-gehen-die-brotchen-am-besten-auf">Wie gehen die Brötchen am besten auf?</h2>



<p>Der Teig hat es gern warm und trocken! Ich empfehle dir deinen Backofen auf 30 °C zu erwärmen, danach abzudrehen und die abgedeckte Schüssel in den Ofen zu stellen. Lass den Ofen für die Stunde zu, der Teig kümmert sich allein! Wenn du zwischendurch hinein schaust kann es passieren, dass er wieder zusammenfällt. Und das wollen wir doch nicht!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="1-schritt-kurbis-kochen">1. Schritt: Kürbis kochen</h3>



<p>Wasche deinen Hokkaido Kürbis gründlich ab, entferne das Innenleben und schneide ihn in Stücke. Je kleiner du die Stücke schneidest, desto kürzer ist die Kochzeit! Gib den Kürbis in einen Topf und koche ihn so lange, bis Schale und Fruchtfleisch schön weich sind. Schütte das Wasser ab und zerkleinere ihn in einem Hochleistungsmixer. Es sollte ein cremiges Kürbispüree entstehen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="2-schritt-hefewasser-anruhren">2. Schritt: Hefewasser anrühren</h3>



<p>Fülle das lauwarme Wasser, zusammen mit der Trockenhefe und dem Ahornsirup, in ein kleines Gefäß. Rühre kurz um und stell es für 10 Minuten zur Seite. Es sollten kleine Bläschen bzw. Schaum entstehen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="3-teig-herstellen">3. Teig herstellen</h3>



<p>Anschließend verrührst du Mehl, Salz und Kurkuma in einer großen Schüssel. Danach gibst du das Kürbispüree und das lauwarme Hefewasser hinzu und lässt den Teig für 10 Minuten in einer Küchenmaschine kneten. Er ist gut, sobald er sich von den Wänden nahezu vollständig ablöst. Wenn du keine Küchenmaschine hast, heißt es: Ordentlich kneten! Gib dazu etwas Mehl auf deine Arbeitsfläche&#8230;</p>



<p>Heize den Backofen auf 30°C vor. Danach drehst du ihn ab und stellst deine Schüssel mit dem Brötchenteig hinein. Bedecke die Schüssel mit einem sauberen Küchentuch und lass den Teig für 1h gehen!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="4-brotchen-formen">4. Brötchen formen:</h3>



<p>Nun ist es an der Zeit die Brötchen zu Formen: Benutze dazu noch etwas Mehl, damit der Teig nicht an den Händen kleben bleibt. Sobald die Brötchen auf dem Blech platziert sind kannst du die Kürbiskerne leicht darauf andrücken. Jetzt lässt du sie nochmals für 30 Minuten abgedeckt gehen.</p>



<p>Heize den Backofen auf 230°C Umluft vor! Wenn die Temperatur erreicht ist, drehst du die sie auf 170°C herunter und bäckst deine Kürbisbrötchen für 20 Minuten!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="tipp">Tipp:</h3>



<p>Wenn du die Brötchen kleiner oder größer formst, variiert die Backzeit! Nimm ein Brötchen heraus und klopfe auf die Unterseite. Achtung: Es ist heiß! Wenn es hohl klingt, ist es fertig gebacken.</p>

Sobald die Brötchen auf dem Blech platziert sind, kannst du die Kürbiskerne leicht darauf andrücken.
