<p>Reis ist so vielfältig kombinierbar, dass man eigentlich gar nicht weiß, womit man anfangen soll! Die einen mögen eher milde Gerichte, die anderen pikante mit einer feurigen Note… Ich habe in diesem Rezept mit Reis und Bulgur, eine leckere Gemüsepfanne mit Kürbis zusammengestellt. </p>



<p>Die Gemüsepfanne wird im Ofen gebacken, während du dich gelassen auf die Zubereitung der Reis-Bulgur-Mischung konzentrieren kannst. Ein geling sicheres Rezept mit einer bunten Vielfalt an wertvollen Inhaltsstoffen für deinen Körper!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Welche Kidneybohnen und Kichererbsen verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Ich habe zu Hause immer getrocknete Kichererbsen bzw. Kidneybohnen auf Vorrat: Diese werden für 4 Stunden eingeweicht und danach für etwa 10-15 Minuten im Schnellkochtopf gekocht! Wenn du keinen Schnellkochtopf hast würde ich dir nicht empfehlen, die getrockneten Kichererbsen und Co. zu kaufen. </p>



<p>Der Kochvorgang benötigt im normalen Topf seeeehr viel Zeit und verbraucht demnach auch viel Energie! Du kannst deshalb auch einfach die Kichererbsen und Kidneybohnen aus der Dose verwenden: Einfach einmal gründlich mit Wasser abspülen und schon sind sie fertig zum weiterverarbeiten&#8230;</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Zubereitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Gemüsepfanne zusammenstellen</h3>



<p>Heize den Backofen auf 200°C Umluft vor.  Entferne die Schale des Speisekürbis, ebenso die Kerne, und schneide ihn in mundgerechte Stücke. Danach wäschst du die Möhren ab, schälst sie und zerkleinerst sie ebenfalls. Die Zwiebel schneidest du in kleine Würfel und gibst sie zusammen mit dem Kürbis, Möhren, Mais, Kidneybohnen und Kichererbsen in eine Ofenfeste Form. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Gewürzmischung zubereiten</h3>



<p>Danach bereitest du die Gewürzmischung vor: Dafür gibst du Senf, Öl und Sojasoße in eine kleine Schüssel. Verrühre die einzelnen Zutaten miteinander und füge dann noch Liebstöckel, Koriander, Basilikum und Salz bzw. Pfeffer hinzu. Diese Mischung verteilst du über das Gemüse in der Ofenform und rührst alles gründlich durch, bis alles gleichmäßig verteilt ist. Nach Belieben etwas hellen Sesam hineingeben! Stelle die Form in den Ofen und backe sie für ca. 35 Minuten. Zwischendurch einmal umrühren.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Bulgur quellen lassen</h3>



<p>Während das Gemüse im Ofen verharrt, kannst du den Rest zubereiten. Als Erstes wäschst du den Bulgur gründlich ab. Nun gibst du es in einen kleinen Topf und füllst diesen mit 350ml Wasser auf. Stelle die Temperatur nach oben und warte, bis es aufkocht. Jetzt stellst du die Herdplatte aus, nimmst den Deckeln vom Topf und lässt den Bulgur für etwa 20 Minuten quellen. Zwischendurch hin und wieder umrühren, er sollte das komplette Wasser aufsaugen! </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Naturreis kochen</h3>



<p>Während das Gemüse im Ofen verharrt, kannst du den Rest zubereiten. Als Erstes wäschst du den Bulgur gründlich ab. Nun gibst du es in einen kleinen Topf und füllst diesen mit 350ml Wasser auf. Stelle die Temperatur nach oben und warte, bis das Wasser aufkocht. Jetzt stellst du die Herdplatte aus, nimmst den Deckeln vom Topf und lässt den Bulgur für etwa 20 Minuten quellen. Zwischendurch hin und wieder umrühren, er sollte das komplette Wasser aufsaugen! </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Schritt: Tofu anbraten</h3>



<p>Den Sesamtofu in etwas Öl anbraten. Den fertigen Bulgur verrührst du zum Schluss mit dem Naturreis und richtest dein Essen an. </p>

Verrühre die einzelnen Zutaten miteinander und füge dann noch Liebstöckel, Koriander, Basilikum und Salz bzw. Pfeffer hinzu. Diese Mischung verteilst du über das Gemüse in der Ofenform und rührst alles gründlich durch, bis alles gleichmäßig verteilt ist. Nach Belieben etwas hellen Sesam hineingeben! Stelle die Form in den Ofen und backe sie für ca. 35 Minuten. Als Erstes wäschst du den Bulgur gründlich ab. Nun gibst du es in einen kleinen Topf und füllst diesen mit 350ml Wasser auf. Stelle die Temperatur nach oben und warte, bis es aufkocht. Jetzt stellst du die Herdplatte aus, nimmst den Deckeln vom Topf und lässt den Bulgur für etwa 20 Minuten quellen. Zwischendurch hin und wieder umrühren, er sollte das komplette Wasser aufsaugen!</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1050-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Sobald der Bulgur zieht, kannst du den Naturreis in einen weiteren Topf geben, Gemüsebrühe und das restliche Wasser hinzugeben und köcheln lassen. Umrühren nicht vergessen und den Deckeln nach 10 Minuten kochen vom Topf nehmen, damit das Wasser verdunsten kann.
