<p>Diese selbstgemachten veganen Waffeln mit Banane sind so schön fluffig und lecker! Gesüßt werden sie hauptsächlich durch die Reife der Bananen: Super schnell zusammengerührt und zubereitet, mit wenig Zucker und für jede Zeit des Tages optimal! Also ran an den Waffel-Maker.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie kann ich meine Waffeln servieren?</h2>



<p>Zu den super fluffigen Bananen-Marmor-Waffeln passt sowohl pflanzliche Schlagcreme, als auch Schokoladenaufstrich, Puderzucker oder Apfelmus! Du kannst jegliche Toppings deiner Wahl verwenden und auch verschiedenes Obst dazu essen. Das verleiht dem Ganzen noch einen fruchtigen Frischkick. Im Sommer passt auch eine Kugel Eis perfekt dazu!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Welches Waffeleisen verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Ich habe ein Waffeleisen verwendet, bei dem viele kleine Herzabschnitte aneinandergereiht sind. Letztendlich ist das vollkommen egal, du kannst auch größere verwenden: Achte nur immer darauf, dass du es mit Fett einstreichst und gut erhitzt, bevor du die erste Waffel darin bäckst! Sonst kann der Kampf, die Waffel wieder aus der Form zu bekommen, einiges an Nerven kosten…</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Waffelteig herstellen</h3>



<p>Als Erstes verrührst du Mehl, Backpulver, Zimt, Vanillezucker und Salz in einer Schüssel. Zerdrücke die Bananen mit Hilfe einer Gabel und gib sie dazu. Danach schüttest du den Sojadrink (oder einen anderen Pflanzendrink) hinein und verbindest die Zutaten zu einem glatten Waffelteig.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Kakao einrühren</h3>



<p>Jetzt kannst du den Teig in 2 Hälften teilen: In den einen Teil von beiden mixt du noch den Kakao hinein. Streiche dein Waffeleisen mit etwas Fettigkeit ein und heize es gut vor.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Waffeln backen</h3>



<p>Sobald das Eisen heiß ist, gibst du durcheinander etwas von dem hellen und dunklen Teig darauf. Schließe es und lass die Waffeln für 1-2 Minuten backen. Hebe vorsichtig den Deckel an und schau, ob der Teig noch daran kleben bleibt: Löst er sich, kannst du die Waffel vorsichtig vom Waffeleisen lösen und mit den Toppings deiner Wahl warm genießen!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wofür ist Apfelmus in der veganen Küche gut?</h2>



<p>Apfelmus oder anderes Fruchtpüree dient als Ei-Ersatz bei Muffins, Kuchen und Torten! Dabei kann ein Ei durch ca. 70-80g Mus ersetzt werden. Du solltest aber nie mehr als zwei Eier mit Apfelmus ersetzen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Was ist die Stäbchen-Probe?</h2>



<p>Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist, ob dein Tassenkuchen bereits fertig gebacken ist, kannst du die „Stäbchen-Probe“ durchführen. Dazu nimmst du beispielsweise einen Zahnstocher und pickst einmal in das Küchlein. Ziehst du ihn raus und es klebt Teig am Holz, dann ist der Teig noch nicht durchgebacken. Wenn der Zahnstocher nahezu sauber wieder herauskommt, dann ist dein veganer Tassenkuchen perfekt!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Teig herstellen</h3>



<p>Als Erstes verrührst du Dinkelmehl, Backpulver und eine Prise Salz in einer Schüssel. Erwärme den Nougat in der Mikrowelle (ca. 30 Sekunden), bis er etwas weicher ist und lass ihn anschließend leicht abkühlen, bevor du mit dem nächsten Schritt weiter machst: Achte darauf, dass er nicht zu viel auskühlt und somit wieder fest wird. Füge den Apfelmus, pflanzliche Milch, Reissirup und Nougat zu der Mehlmischung hinzu und verrühre die Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Tassen füllen</h3>



<p>Danach schneidest du die Bananen in kleine Würfel und teilst sie auf die Tassen auf. Darüber gibst du den Teig und stellst die Tassenküchlein für ca. 5 Minuten (bei 560 Watt) in die Mikrowelle. Du solltest noch mindestens 2-3cm Abstand zum Tassenrand lassen, da der Teig stark aufgeht! Achte außerdem darauf, dass deine Tassen Mikrowellengeeignet sind. </p>



<p>Führe die Stäbchenprobe durch, wenn du dir nicht sicher bist, ob der Tassenkuchen bereits fertig gebacken ist. Vorsicht: Die Tassen sind heiß!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Schokolade erwärmen</h3>



<p>In der Zwischenzeit erwärmst du die vegane Schokolade über einem Wasserbad oder in dafür geeigneten Pfännchen. Gib die vegane Butter dazu, warte bis sie geschmolzen ist und verrühre die Masse. Sobald dein Tassenkuchen in der Mikrowelle fertig gebacken ist, kannst du die Schokolade darüber gießen und mit Toppings bestreuen. Lass es dir schmecken!</p>
