<p>Für den Sommer gibt es kein passenderes Rezept als mein veganes Eis aus Wassermelone! Es ist vegan, einfach gemacht und super lecker. Du brauchst nur 3 Zutaten dazu: Der Süße der Wassermelone steht dabei die Säure des Zitronensafts gegenüber, was eine erfrischende Note hinterlässt. Die optimale Alternative zum gekauften überzuckerten Wassereis! </p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange muss das Eis kühlen?</h2>



<p>Die Zubereitung geht super schnell, etwas Kühlzeit musst du jedoch einplanen: Das sind anfangs 4h, danach nochmal über Nacht oder mindestens 8h!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann ich das Rezept variieren?</h2>



<p>Natürlich! Ich bin selbst auch gerne mal experimentierfreudig. Du kannst statt Wassermelone auch Honigmelone verwenden oder auch noch ein paar ganze Blaubeeren mit in die Silikonform geben. So hast du noch schöne Fruchtstücke mit drin! Werde einfach kreativ, ich würde mich auch sehr über dein Feedback freuen!</p>



<p><strong>Tipp:</strong> Wichtig ist dabei immer, dass deine Früchte schön reif sind. Wenn die Melone nicht reif genug ist (oder gerade einfach keine Melonenzeit ist, dann kann das Eis auch mal nach nicht viel schmecken!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann ich das Eis aufbewahren?</h2>



<p>Na klar, Eis wird nicht so schnell schlecht! Ich würde dir jedoch empfehlen, das Eis in dem Sommer zu Essen, nächstes Jahr schmeckt es nicht mehr so gut und ist sicherlich von vielen kleinen weiteren Eiskristallen umgeben.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Pürieren</h3>



<p>Gib die Zutaten zusammen in einen leistungsstarken Mixer und zerkleinere sie für 2 Minuten auf hoher Stufe. Es sollte ein einheitlicher glatter &#8222;Shake&#8220; entstehen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Eisform befüllen</h3>



<p>Danach füllst du die Flüssigkeit in eine Eiswürfel Silikonform und stellst sie für 3h in den Kühlschrank. Anschließend steckst du Eisstiele hinein und gefrierst das Eis über Nacht. Nun kannst du sie aus der Form lösen: Arbeite zügig, sonst schmilzt dir das Eis, noch bevor du es essen kannst. Du kannst es zwischendurch auch immer mal wieder kühl stellen.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Veganes Eis toppen</h3>



<p>Du kannst sie entweder so lassen und als Eis am Stiel und als Kühlung für Getränke nutzen. Oder du schmilzt noch etwas Schokolade und tauchst das Eis an einer Ecke hinein. Lege es dann, mit der eingetauchten Ecke nach oben, auf ein Brett o.ä. und schiebe es schnell in die Tiefkühltruhe. Du kannst auch mit Streuseln, Mandelmus und vielen anderen Toppings arbeiten. Jetzt genieße dein Eis!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="welche-gefrorenen-fruchte-verwende-ich">Welche gefrorenen Früchte verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Ich habe mich für einen Fruchtmix aus Beeren entschieden, du kannst aber auch die Früchte nehmen, die dir am besten schmecken: Himbeeren, Erdbeeren, Blaubeeren, Mango usw. kannst du alles tiefgefroren kaufen und selbst miteinander kombinieren! Du kannst deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen und dein Lieblingsobst völlig durcheinander zusammenwürfeln. </p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann ich das Eis lagern?</h2>



<p>Wenn du das Eis in die Gefriertruhe stellst, wird es sehr fest. Genieße es am besten sofort nach der Zubereitung oder lagere es nur vorübergehend im Kühlschrank! Oder du bereitest dir eine kleinere Menge zu und kannst dir beim nächsten Mal ganz einfach und schnell veganes Eis nochmal selber machen. </p>
