<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color">Ist das Rezept einfach?</h2>



<p>Definitiv! Ohne großen Aufwand, wenige Zutaten und lediglich ein wenig Zeit ist das Pflaumenmus super einfach im Ofen zuzubereiten. Gerade, wenn die Pflaumenzeit im vollen Gange ist und du nicht weißt, wie du so viele Pflaumen auf einmal verarbeiten sollst, kommt dieses Rezept wie gerufen!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color">Wozu kann ich ihn genießen?</h2>



<p>Zuckerfreies Pflaumenmus macht sich perfekt auf das Frühstücksbrot, Pfannkuchen oder Waffeln. Er passt auch zu Naturjoghurt, Müsli, Frühstücksbowls oder süßen Naschereien. Du kannst daraus beispielsweise meine <a href="https://ciras-veggies.de/blaetterteig-rezept/">Blätterteig-Schleifen</a> machen!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color">Gesundheitliche Vorteile</h2>



<p>Pflaumen schmecken nicht nur gut, sie sind auch gesund. Sie wirken entzündungshemmend bei Rheuma, fördern deine Verdauung und sich reich an Spurenelementen und Mineralstoffen. Sie enthalten Kalzium, Phosphat, Magnesium, Eisen, Kalium und Furchtzucker. Dank des Fruchtzuckers benötigen wir keinen industriellen Zucker zusätzlich für das Rezept.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Waschen</h3>



<p>Wasche die Pflaumen ab, halbiere sie und entferne den Stein.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Backen</h3>



<p>Danach gibst du sie mit dem Wasser und Zimt auf ein tiefes Backblech und lässt sie bei 180°C für 1,5h backen. Zwischendurch rührst du ein paar Mal um, damit sie dir nicht am Blech kleben bleiben.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Pürieren</h3>



<p>Die Pflaumenmasse kommt mit dem Zitronensaft in einen Mixer und wird fein püriert. Optional kannst du sie auf mit einem Pürierstab in einer Schüssel zerkleinern.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Gläser sterilisieren</h3>



<p>Stelle deine Einweggläser in einen Topf und fülle ihn mit Wasser auf, bis die Gläser vollständig bedeckt sind. Koche sie für 10 Minuten.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Pflaumenmus ohne Zucker einwecken</h3>



<p>Nun gibst du das Pflaumenmus ohne Zucker in die sterilen Einweggläser, schließt den Deckel gut und stellst sie auf den Kopf. So kann ein Vakuum entstehen, wodurch das Pflaumenmus luftdicht verschlossen und länger haltbar ist. Fertig!</p>

<p>Dieses Pflaumendessert ist wirklich super locker und leicht, keine Kalorienbombe und ein echtes Schmeckerchen! <h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="pflaumen">Pflaumen</h2>



<p>Weltweit gibt es über 2000 Sorten, die in der Ordnung der „Pflaumen“ eingeordnet sind. Aus ihnen lassen sich wunderbar Kompott, Konfitüre, Gelees und Kuchen zubereiten. Natürlich sind sie auch roh genießbar und dienen dabei als ein optimaler kleiner Fruchtsnack für „zwischendurch“.</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="kann-ich-auch-andere-fruchte-verwenden">Kann ich auch andere Früchte verwenden?</h2>



<p>Na klar! Wenn du nicht der Pflaumen-Liebhaber bist kannst du sie auch durch Himbeeren, Erdbeeren oder sonstige Früchte eintauschen. Eventuell variiert dann die Menge etwas, aber sonst steht dem nichts im Weg. Du kannst ebenfalls tiefgekühlte Früchte verwenden und sie genauso im Topf  aufkochen lassen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading" id="ist-die-fruchtschicht-flussig">Ist die Fruchtschicht flüssig?</h2>



<p>Bei diesem Rezept habe ich kein Geliermittel dazugegeben, da ich auch mal eine flüssige Schicht haben möchte. Aber, du musst nicht die ganze Flüssigkeit der Pflaumen mit hineingeben: Mach es nach Belieben und danach, wie groß dein Glas ist. Wenn du deine Pflaumenschicht fester bzw. geleeartig haben möchtest, gibst du in den letzten 2 Kochminuten noch 1 TL Agar Agar in den Topf. Löse es vorher in 2 TL Wasser auf!</p>

Stelle die Temperatur nach oben und warte, bis aus den Pflaumen Saft austritt. Anschließend lässt du das Ganze für 5 Minuten sprudelnd kochen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1838-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Nun bereitest du die Creme vor. Dazu muss der Seidentofu zuerst in einem Sieb abtropfen. Warte 2 Minuten und schlage ihn danach mit einem Handrührgerät cremig. Rühre zum Schluss noch 2 Esslöffel Ahornsirup und Mohn hinein und schon ist sie fertig!</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1838-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Zerbrösele die Kekse und verteile sie gleichmäßig auf 4 Dessertgläser. Oben drauf gibst du die Mohncreme. Zerkleinere deine Pflaumen ein wenig mit einem Löffel und verteile sie, mit der Flüssigkeit, auf der Cremeschicht.
