<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Eine Variation meinerseits</h2>



<p>Möchtest du ihn lieber noch etwas kälter trinken? Um den fertigen Shake nicht erst im Kühlschrank abkühlen lassen zu müssen, kannst du 2 Eiswürfel mit in den Mixer geben. <strong>Achtung:</strong> Der Mixer sollte in diesem Falle ein Hochleistungsmixer und somit auch für feste Zutaten geeignet sein!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann ich TK-Erdbeeren verwenden?</h2>



<p>Um deinen Erdbeer-Shake noch eine gesunde Frische zu verleihen, kannst du auch tiefgefrorene Erdbeeren verwenden. Achte darauf, dass du einen leistungsstarken Mixer hast, damit du dir deinen nicht kaputt machst! Außerdem können TK-Früchte eine andere Süße haben, wie frische Beeren: Variiere anhand deines Geschmacks die Menge der Banane um mehr bzw. weniger Süße zu bekommen. Durch die gefrorenen Früchte hast du ihn somit auch gleich gekühlt!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange kann ich den Erdbeer-Shake aufbewahren?</h2>



<p>Wenn du den Shake zubereitest, solltest du ihn an dem selben Tag bestenfalls auch trinken. Wenn du es nicht schaffen solltest, füllst du ihn in ein geschlossenes Behältnis und sollest den Shake den nächsten Tag trinken. Vorher nochmal kurz umrühren, damit sich alle Zutaten wieder miteinander vermischen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Pürieren</h3>



<p>Gib alle Zutaten zusammen in eine Küchenmaschine und püriere sie zu einem glatten Erdbeer-Shake. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Anrichten</h3>



<p>Richte deinen Shake in einem Glas an, gib einen Strohhalm hinein und verziere es mit einer aufgeschnittenen Erdbeere. Minzblätter passen auch gut dazu! Lass es dir schmecken.</p>

<p>Ein dunkler Keksboden, mit einer fruchtigen Orangennote, eine feine Sahnecreme und Erdbeeren on Top. Wie kann man da nur widerstehen? Ich sag es dir so wie es ist: Es gibt so gut wie keine Chance, diese vegane Tarte mit Erdbeeren nicht zu lieben!</p>



<p>Das Beste daran ist, dass du für diese Leckerei nicht den Ofen anschmeißen musst. Es ist ein NoBake Rezept, wobei du lediglich ein wenig Kühlzeit einplanst. Aber für dieses Ergebnis lohnt es sich!</p>

<p>Typischerweise verwendet man Orangeat überwiegend in der Weihnachtszeit, um zum Beispiel Stollen zu backen. Ich wollte mal etwas neues ausprobieren und bin von dieser Variante echt begeistert! Durch das Orangeat bekommt der Boden eine wunderbare leicht klebrige Konsistenz und eine feine Orangennote. Diese harmoniert wunderbar mit den Erdbeeren und erfordert keine weitere Süße.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange habe ich die Tarte gekühlt?</h2>



<p>Meine Tarte war vor dem ersten Anschnitt etwa 1,5h im Kühlschrank. Nach dieser Kühlzeit hatte sie eine optimale Festigkeit erreicht! Ich empfehle dir, mindesten eine Kühlzeit von einer Stunde einzuhalten: Wenn du die Sahnecreme gut steif geschlagen hast, reicht die Zeit aus! Um sicher zu gehen, lässt du sie einfach noch eine halbe Stunde länger Ruhen.</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Keksboden herstellen</h3>



<p>Als Erstes gibst du die Zutaten für den Keksboden in eine Küchenmaschine und lässt sie zerkleinern. Es sollte eine feucht krümlige Masse entstehen, die beim zusammendrücken gut verdichtet wird. Fette eine 26cm Tarteform mit etwas weicher veganer Butter ein und drücke den Keksboden darauf an. Der Boden sollte, bis hoch an die Ränder, gleichmäßig verteilt sein und keine einzelnen Krümel mehr aufweisen. Du kannst dafür entweder einen Becker benutzen oder ganz klassisch die Hände. Stelle die Tarteform danach in den Kühlschrank, damit der Boden fest wird!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Creme schlagen</h3>



<p>In einer Schüssel schlägst du die pflanzliche Rama mit SanApart und Puderzucker standfest. Mache den ultimativen Test: Drehe die Schüssel kurz Kopfüber! Wenn die Sahne dir nicht entgegenspringt ist sie perfekt! Taste dich bitte vorsichtig heran&#8230; Nicht, dass sie dir wirklich aus der Schüssel fällt!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Tarte füllen</h3>



<p>Hole deine Tarteform aus dem Kühlschrank und verteile die Erdbeermarmelade auf dem Boden. Darüber kommt die leichte Sahnecreme: Streiche die Oberfläche möglichst glatt und platziere die Tarte für 1h im Kühlschrank.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Erdbeeren schneiden</h3>



<p>In der Zwischenzeit kannst du dich um das hübsche Aussehen der leckeren NoBake-Tarte kümmern: Wasche die frischen Erdbeeren gründlich ab und tupfe sie mit einem Küchenpapier trocken. Schneide die Erdbeeren in etwa 2-3mm dicke Scheiben und sortiere sie ein wenig nach der Größe: Das macht es dir später einfacher, sie passend zu platzieren.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Schritt: Dekorieren</h3>



<p>Nimm die Tarte aus dem Kühlschrank und beginne, die größten Erdbeerscheiben nebeneinander in einem Halbkreis zu legen. Danach folgt leicht versetzt und überlappend die nächste Erdbeerreihe: Das wiederholst du, bis du am Rand der Tarte angekommen bist! Schau dir dazu gern das Kurzvideo an, da sieht du genau, wie ich es gemacht habe. Du kannst die Tarte entweder so lassen oder kurz vor dem servieren mit etwas Kakao toppen.</p>

Das Beste daran ist, dass du für diese Leckerei nicht den Ofen anschmeißen musst. Es ist ein NoBake Rezept, wobei du lediglich ein wenig Kühlzeit einplanst. <p>Knusprig und sahnig zugleich? Meiner Meinung nach, eine gute Kombination und absolut lecker als kleiner Nachtisch mit Erdbeeren! Durch den Cornflakes-Boden, der leichten Sahne und den Erdbeerstückchen zwischendurch ist dieses Rezept für einen kleinen Nachtisch oder zum Kaffeetrinken eine schöne Abwechslung.</p>



<p>Hierbei habe ich nur ein wenig Reissirup verwendet. Falls du eher der „süße Typ“ bist, kannst du auch gezuckerte, statt ungezuckerte Cornflakes verwenden.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Tipp für die Schlagcreme</h2>



<p>Schau lieber einmal mehr nach, ob sie bereits fest ist… das geht mitunter schneller, als man es erwartet. Als kleine Probe: Drehe die Schüssel vorsichtig um! Wenn dir die Sahne nicht in dein Gesicht springt, sondern brav in dem Gefäß bleibt, hat sie die perfekte Konsistenz ;). Wenn du diese zu lange aufschlägst, wird sie wieder flüssiger und deine Vorstellung einer festen Sahne platzt. Also aufmerksam die Sahne beobachten und ein schönes Mittelmaß finden.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Crunchy Boden herstellen</h3>



<p>Schmelze 150g der Zartbitterkuvertüre in einem Wasserbad. Während die Kuvertüre dahinschmilzt, kannst du die Cornflakes und Haferflocken vermischen. Dann gibst du die Kuvertüre dazu und rührst so lange vorsichtig um, bis die Knuspermasse gleichmäßig damit bedeckt ist. Jetzt gibst du alles auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Brett, bringst es in die gewünschte Form und ab damit in den Kühlschrank. Bis jetzt war das noch eine einzige Krümelei, doch das ändert sich im Minutentakt…</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Erdbeeren schneiden</h3>



<p>Während der Boden im Kühlschrank wartet, bis er weiterverwendet werden kann, geht es mit den Erdbeeren weiter. Wasche die Erdbeeren, trockne sie mit Küchenpapier und entferne die Stängel und Blättchen. Schneide sie anschließend in Scheiben.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Creme vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Gebe die vegane Schlagcreme in einen Behälter, schmeiß den Inhalt von 3 Päckchen Sahnesteif mit rein und füge den Reissirup hinzu. Alles kurz aufschlagen! Hacke die restlichen 100g der Kuvertüre mit einem Messer in kleine Späne, gebe sie zu der Sahne und hebe sie unter.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Zusammensetzen</h3>



<p>Nimm den fest gewordenen Knusperboden aus dem Kühlschrank. Zieh nun vorsichtig das Backpapier ab, wenn du deine Kreation später noch schön anrichten möchtest. Nun streichst du die erste Sahneschicht glatt auf den Boden und legst deine Erdbeerscheiben darauf. Dann kommt die zweite dünnere Sahneschicht darüber, die ein oder andere Erdbeere zur Dekoration und schon bist du fertig!</p>

<p>Ich würde dir empfehlen das Endprodukt noch einmal für etwa 1h in den Kühlschrank zu stellen, damit die Sahne noch ein bisschen fester wird…das ist aber kein muss, du kannst auch sofort anfangen mit Naschen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp: </h3>



<p>Am besten lässt sich der Nachtisch mit einem scharfen Messer durchschneiden.</p>
