<p>Dieser kleine kühle Erdbeer-Snack (vegan) ist hervorragend zum Kaffee oder als zuckerarmer Nachtisch. Du kannst ihn in einer halben Stunde ganz schnell und einfach zubereiten, er muss nur noch im Kühlschrank oder der Tiefkühltruhe festwerden. Der Boden besteht dabei aus Haselnüssen und getrockneten Pflaumen, die perfekt zu dem pflanzlichen Erdbeer-Joghurt passen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie viel Kühlzeit ist notwendig?</h2>



<p>Ich habe die Strawberry Bites für 2h in die Tiefkühltruhe gestellt und danach weiterhin im Kühlschrank gelagert. Nach dieser Zeit konnte ich sie gut mit einem Messer durchschneiden und auf dem Tisch anrichten. Wenn du den Nachtisch nur in den Kühlschrank stellst, braucht es definitiv die ganze Nacht, bis die Bites fester sind. Im Sommer bieten sie sich auch super als kühle Eis-Erfrischung an, lass sie einfach bis zum Schluss in der Tiefkühltruhe! Dann sollte dem Genuss deines Erdbeer Snack (vegan) nichts im Wege stehen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie kann ich Variieren?</h2>



<p>Du kannst hier, wie bei jedem anderen Rezept auch, deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen. Ist Erdbeer-Joghurt nicht deine Lieblingssorte? Dann nimm doch einfach einen anderen. Du kannst auch die getrockneten Pflaumen gegen andere Trockenfrüchte eintauschen. Achte nur darauf, dass du die gleichen Maßangaben verwendest und gerade der Boden gut zusammenklebt!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Boden zerkleinern</h3>



<p>Gib die Haselnüsse, Pflaumen und vegane Butter in eine Küchenmaschine und lass die Zutaten zerkleinern. Es sollte eine klebrige und stückige Masse entstehen, die gut zusammenhält. Nach Belieben kannst du es etwas länger oder kürzer zerkleinern, um die Stücke etwas kleiner bzw. größer zu haben!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Formen</h3>



<p>Fülle die Masse in eine rechteckige, mit Backpapier oder Folie ausgelegte Form und drücke sie dicht an.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Agartine kochen</h3>



<p>Jetzt kannst du die Agartine aufkochen. Dafür gibst du das Pulver mit dem Wasser in einen kleinen Topf und lässt es für <strong>2 Minuten aufkochen</strong>. Gut rühren! Nun ist das Agar Agar angedickt und du kannst den Herd abstellen. Rühre direkt den pflanzlichen Erdbeer Joghurt hinein und verstreiche ihn auf dem Haselnussboden.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Kühlen</h3>



<p>On Top hast du jetzt noch Platz für ein paar Schokostreusel. Stelle die Form für mindestens <strong>2h in die Tiefkühltruhe</strong> (fester) oder <strong>über Nacht in den Kühlschrank</strong> (cremiger), damit die Agartine fest wird! Anschließend herausnehmen, in Stücke schneiden und genießen. Lagere die Strawberry Bites im Kühlschrank und verbrauche sie innerhalb der nächsten 2 Tage.</p>

<p>Dieser einfache NoBake Kuchen ist für jeden etwas, der einen leckeren Schokokuchen mit wenig Zuckergehalt zaubern möchte, ohne dafür den Ofen anschmeißen zu müssen. Die Süße des Kuchens kommt durch den natürlichen Fruchtzucker der getrockneten Früchte im Boden. Die Creme ist eine leichte Schoko-Joghurt-Creme und passt super zu dem etwas festeren Cornflakes Boden. Veganer Kuchen ohne backen ist eine schöne Abwechslung zur Kaffeevariante!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange muss der Kuchen kühlen?</h2>



<p>Durch den pflanzlichen Joghurt ist die Creme nicht direkt fest. Dafür sorgt während der Kühlzeit das Agar Agar (pflanzliche Gelatine) und die geschmolzene Schokolade. Damit der Kuchen schön standfest wird empfehle ich dir, ihn <strong>über Nacht </strong>im Kühlschrank ruhen zu lassen. Am nächsten Tag fährst du mit einem Messer am inneren Tortenring entlang und trennst ihn so von der Form. Vorsichtig gerade nach oben abziehen, dekorieren und schon kann er genossen werden!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Welche Trockenfrüchte kaufe ich?</h2>



<p>Damit der Boden schön zusammenhält kaufe ich getrocknete Soft Feigen. Auch bei den Cranberrys gibt es von Hersteller zu Hersteller Unterschiede, was den „Grad“ der Trocknung anbelangt. Ich empfehle etwas saftigere Früchte zu wählen, da der Boden andererseits zu trocken und krümelig werden kann. In diesem Falle würde er schlecht zusammenhalten. </p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Schokolade schmelzen</h3>



<p>Als aller Erstes gibst du deine Schokolade für die Creme in ein kleines Gefäß und lässt sie über einem Wasserbad schmelzen. Du kannst auch ein dafür vorgesehenes Gerät verwenden. Wichtig ist, dass kein Wasser in die Schokolade gelangt. In der Zwischenzeit kannst du mit den nächsten Schritten fortfahren.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Boden herstellen</h3>



<p>Für den Boden gibst du zuerst die Cornflakes, darauf Feigen, Cranberrys und die geschmolzene Butter in eine Küchenmaschine. Lass die Zutaten zerkleinern, bis eine feuchte leicht klebrige und krümelige Masse entstanden ist. Es sollten keine großen Stücke mehr vorhanden sein. </p>



<p>Mache die Probe zwischen zwei Finger, ob der Boden beim Drücken gut zusammenhält und nicht zu trocken ist. Optional gibst du noch ein wenig Butter dazu und lässt es nochmal zerkleinern.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Agartine kochen</h3>



<p>Verrühre das Wasser mit dem Agar Agar in einem kleinen Topf und koche es auf. Stell die Temperatur danach leicht nach unten und lass die angedickte Mischung noch 1-2 Minuten kochen. Vergiss nicht die ganze Zeit mit einem Schneebesen zu rühren! Danach stellst du den Herd ab und lässt die Agartine bei Zimmertemperatur etwas abkühlen. </p>



<p>PS: Die Agartine sollte nicht direkt heiß in die Creme gegeben werden, da die Sahne sonst schmilzt. Das gleiche gilt für die geschmolzene Schokolade.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Creme verrühren</h3>



<p>Gib den pflanzlichen Skyr Joghurt in eine Schüssel und schlage ihn kurz cremig. Danach kommen Schlagcreme, Sahnesteif und die geschmolzene Schokolade dazu und werden kurz miteinander vermixt. Die Schokolade sollte nicht mehr zu heiß sein, wenn du sie hineingibst! Zum Schluss kommt die Agartine dazu und die Creme wird 1-2 Minuten lang aufgeschlagen. Wunder dich nicht, sie wird noch nicht standfest, das erledigt später der Kühlschrank für dich!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Schritt: Kuchen kühlen</h3>



<p>Stelle deinen 22cm großen Backring auf die Kuchenplatte und fette diese leicht ein. Gib den Cornflakes-Boden in den Backring hinein und drücke ihn dicht auf der Kuchenplatte an. Darüber verteilst du die gesamte Schokocreme und verstreichst sie zu einer glatten Oberfläche. Klopfe deine Kuchenplatte leicht auf den Tisch, damit mögliche Luftblasen nach oben steigen können. Stelle den NoBake Kuchen in den Kühlschrank und lass ihn über Nacht fest werden. </p>

<p>Am nächsten Tag kannst du ihn mit einem Messer vom Backring lösen und diesen nach oben wegziehen. Danach wird er mit ein paar Schokostreuseln, Cornflakes und frischen Feigen dekoriert und kann genossen werden!</p>

Danach kommen Schlagcreme, Sahnesteif und die geschmolzene Schokolade dazu und werden kurz miteinander vermixt. Zum Schluss kommt die Agartine, schlage alles 1-2 min. lang auf. Drücke den Cornflakes-Boden dicht darin an und verteile die Schokocreme darüber. Stelle den Kuchen in den Kühlschrank und lass ihn über Nacht fest werden. Am nächsten Tag kannst du ihn mit einem Messer vom Backring lösen und diesen nach oben wegziehen. Danach wird er mit ein paar Schokostreuseln, Cornflakes und frischen Feigen dekoriert und kann genossen werden!</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
