<p>Definitiv ein Anblick zum Verlieben! Diese leckere vegane Himbeer Torte ist zuckerarm mit einem schönen Pistazien-Tortenboden. <h2 class="wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color">Wie lange brauche ich für die Torte?</h2>



<p>Wichtig ist, dass du dir genügend Zeit einplanst. Gerade Kühlzeiten sollten definitiv eingehalten werden, damit die Torte sich gut verfestigt und sicher weiterbearbeitet werden kann. Fange daher den Tag vor der Feier/Verkostung an und lass die Torte nach der Schichtung über Nacht durchkühlen. So brauchst du sie am nächsten Tag nur noch einstreichen und dekorieren!</p>



<p>Je nachdem, wie geübt du im backen bist, brauchst du natürlich etwas mehr bzw. weniger Zeit. Fang zeitig genug an, damit du zum Schluss keinen Stress hast und dein Kunstwerk in Ruhe dekorieren kannst. Bei Hektik geht meist etwas schief…</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Boden backen</h3>



<p>Für den Tortenboden werden als erstes die Pistazien fein gemahlen. Danach vermengst du sie mit den restlichen trockenen Zutaten in einer großen Rührschüssel. Gib anschließend Sojadrink, Öl und vegane Butter dazu und verrühre alles zu einem einheitlichen Teig. Heize den Backofen auf<strong> 180°C Ober-/Unterhitze </strong>vor und teile den Teig auf zwei eingefettete 20cm Springformen auf. Schön glattstreichen und danach für <strong>45 Minuten</strong> auf der untersten Ofenschiene backen.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Himbeeren aufkochen</h3>



<p>Koche die tiefgefrorenen Himbeeren in einem kleinen Topf auf. Sobald keine gefrorenen Stücke mehr drin sind, gibst du das Agar Agar dazu, rührst es mit einem Schneebesen unter und lässt die Fruchtmasse <strong>2 Minuten</strong> köcheln. Danach stellst du den Herd ab und lässt es unter gelegentlichem rühren abkühlen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Creme herstellen</h3>



<p>Für die Creme gibst du die pfl. Mascarpone mit dem Puderzucker zusammen in eine große Schüssel und schlägst sie mit einem Handrührgerät cremig. Das ist wichtig, damit du später keine Stücke in der Creme hast! Anschließend kommen Schlagcreme und Sahnesteif dazu. Schlage alles zu einer einheitlichen standfesten Creme auf.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Die gebackenen und vollständig ausgekühlten Tortenböden schneidest du jeweils einmal in der Mitte durch, damit du 4 gleich dicke Böden vor dir liegen hast. Lege den ersten Boden auf deine Tortenplatte. Du kannst auch einen Klecks der Creme darunter geben: Diese wird im Kühlschrank fest und stabilisiert die Torte auf der Platte. So kann sie dir nicht so schnell herunterrutschen. Um die Torte akkurater stapeln zu können, kannst du deinen Tortenring um den Boden setzen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Schritt: Torte stapeln</h3>



<p>Auf den ersten Boden spritzt du einen1,5-2cm hohen Cremerand, damit die Himbeeren später nicht nach außen vordringen. </p>

<p>In der Mitte gibst du ebenfalls eine schöne Cremeschicht hinein, diese sollte jedoch höchstens halb so hoch sein, wie der Cremerand. </p>

<p>Nun kommen die Himbeeren in die Mitte, werden gleichmäßig verteilt und anschließend mit dem nächsten Tortenboden abgedeckt. </p>

<p>Achte darauf, dass die Himbeeren nicht mehr heiß sind, da dir sonst die Creme schmilzt! Wiederhole diese Reihenfolge der Schichtung noch zwei Mal. Stelle die Torte danach <strong>über Nacht</strong> kühl.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6. Schritt: Dekorieren</h3>



<p>Separiere dir etwa 3 EL der Creme, färbe den Großteil mit rosa Lebensmittelfarbe und Rest mit grüner Farbe ein und stelle sie in den Kühlschrank. Entferne vorsichtig den Tortenring und streiche die gesamte Torte gleichmäßig mit der übrigen weißen Creme ein. Spritze die eingefärbte rosa Creme mit einer Sternentülle auf die Torte. Mit der grünen Farbe kannst du ein paar Blütenblätter hinzufügen. Und fertig ist deine wunderschöne Torte!</p>

In die Mitte gibst du ebenfalls eine schöne Cremeschicht hinein, diese sollte jedoch höchstens halb so hoch sein, wie der Cremerand. Verteile die Himbeeren in der Mitte und setze den nächsten Tortenboden darauf. Die Himbeeren dürfen nicht mehr heiß sein, da dir sonst die Creme schmilzt! Wiederhole diese Reihenfolge der Schichtung noch zwei Mal und stelle die Torte über Nacht kühl.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4315-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Separiere dir etwa 3 EL der Creme, färbe den Großteil mit rosa Lebensmittelfarbe und Rest mit grüner Farbe ein. Entferne vorsichtig den Tortenring und streiche die gesamte Torte mit der übrigen weißen Creme ein. Spritze die rosa Creme mit einer Sternentülle im Spritzbeutel auf die Torte. Mit der grünen Farbe kannst du ein paar Blütenblätter hinzufügen. Und fertig ist deine wunderschöne Torte!</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

<p>Vegane Pistazien Muffins sind saftig, total lecker und fluffig. Durch das Zusammenspiel von Pistazien und Banane entsteht eine wunderbare Kombination, die du unbedingt ausprobieren solltest!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wieso verwende ich gesalzene Pistazien?</h2>



<p>„Wo Zucker drin ist muss auch Salz rein“. Das ist ein typischer Satz, den du sicherlich schonmal gehört hast. Statt der Prise Salz die ich sonst in den Teig gebe kommt demnach diesmal das Salz an den Pistazien dazu. Und ich kann dir sagen, es wird trotzdem kein herzhafter Muffin, diese Variante ist unheimlich lecker!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wann sind die Muffins fertig gebacken?</h2>



<p>Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist, ob sie schon genug im Ofen gebacken hat, kannst du die „Stäbchen-Probe“ durchführen. Dazu nimmst du beispielsweise einen Zahnstocher oder längeren Holzspieß und pickst einmal tief in die Mitte des Muffins hinein. Ziehst du ihn raus und es klebt roher Teig am Holz, dann ist er noch nicht durchgebacken. Wenn der Zahnstocher nahezu sauber wieder herauskommt, ist dein Muffin perfekt!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Pistazien zerkleinern</h3>



<p>Gib die Pistazien mit Mehl, Haferflocken, Vanillezucker, Backpulver und einer Prise Zimt in eine Küchenmaschine. Zerkleinere sie so lange, bis die Pistazien größtenteils zu Mehl verarbeitet sind.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Teig anrühren</h3>



<p>Fülle die Mehlmischung in eine Schüssel. Zerdrücke die Banane so gründlich wie möglich mit einer Gabel, anderenfalls kannst du sie auch pürieren. Zu den trockenen Zutaten kommt sie nun, genauso wie alle restlichen Zutaten, dazu. Vermenge alles zu einem einheitlichen Muffinteig.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Muffins backen</h3>



<p>Heize den Ofen auf <strong>180°C Ober-/Unterhitze</strong> vor. Fülle den Teig in die Muffinförmchen und backe diese, auf unterster Schiene, für <strong>35 Minuten</strong> im Ofen. Anschließend 5 Minuten in der Form auskühlen lassen und danach herausnehmen. Vermische Puderzucker und Zitronensaft zu einem glatten Zuckerguss und verteile diesen über den Muffins. Darauf gibst du gleich noch ein paar Pistazienstücke und kannst sie genießen! </p>



<p>Vegane Pistazien Muffins schmecken warm und frisch am besten, kann ich nur empfehlen.</p>

<p>Pistazien sind wahre <em>Wunderwerke</em>! Deshalb ist ein veganes Joghurt-Dessert optimal für den Start in den Tag&#8230;. Durch den kühlen veganen Joghurt und die Müslischicht ist das der optimale gesunde „Frischekick“ für das Frühstück, zwischendurch als Entspannung oder als Dessert zum Nachtisch. Und vor allem: Es ist super schnell und einfach zubereitet!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Was macht die Pistazie so besonders?</h2>



<p>Von einer kleinen grünen Nuss denkt man gar nicht, dass sie so viele versteckte Eigenschaften hat, die deinen Körper stärken! Kein anderes Lebensmittel kann sich mit der Pistazie messen, wenn es um das darin enthaltene Vitamin B6 geht… Die Nuss ist der Spitzenreiter in diesem Gebiet und quasi damit &#8222;vollgepumpt&#8220;. Der hohe Kaliumanteil hilft deinem Körper, unter anderem das Zellwachstum und den Blutdruck in der Waage zu halten, sowie den Cholesterinspiegel auszugleichen. </p>



<p>Sie bringen unseren Stoffwechsel in Schwung, schützen vor verschiedenen Krankheiten und können durch die darin enthaltenen Antioxidanten, ein Schutz gegen bspw. Krebs aufbauen! Die in den Pistazien enthaltenen guten Fettsäuren sorgen für ein langes Sättigungsgefühl. Dadurch bekommt man keine Essattacken, weshalb sie auch als „Schlankmacher“ bezeichnet werden.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Pistazienschicht vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Als Erstes widmest du dich den Pistazien. Löse sie aus der harten Schale und entferne die bräunliche Haut. Je gründlicher du die Pistazien davon befreist, desto farbintensiver sieht am Ende dein Dessert aus. Lege ein paar sehr schöne Nüsse für die Verzierung zur Seite und gebe den Rest in eine Schüssel. Fülle die pflanzliche Milch dazu und zerkleinere die Mischung so lange, bis eine cremige Konsistenz entsteht. Du kannst dafür bspw. einen Pürierstab oder eine Küchenmaschine verwenden.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Joghurt aufpeppen</h3>



<p>Verrühre den Ahornsirup in dem veganen Joghurt.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Dessert schichten</h3>



<p>Jetzt kannst du mit der Zusammenstellung deiner Schichten starten! Verteile das Müsli gleichmäßig in die 4 Gläser, gefolgt von einer Schicht Joghurt, dann der Pistaziencreme und darauf nochmal einer Portion Joghurt. Verziere dein Dessert mit den zur Seite gelegten Pistazien und lass es dir schmecken!</p>

<p>Bereite das Joghurt-Dessert frisch zu, damit die Müslischicht noch etwas knusprig ist. Je länger das Dessert steht, desto weicher wird die unterste Schicht: Heißt aber nicht, dass es dann nicht mehr schmeckt? </p>
