<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Was sind mögliche Rezept-Variationen?</h2>



<p>Um die Kombination von Apfel, Banane und Walnuss noch ein wenig aufzupeppen kannst du nach belieben auch Cranberrys oder Rosinen hineingeben! Das gibt nochmal einen fruchtigen Kick und sorgt für eine weitere kleine Geschmacksabwechslung.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie serviere ich den Bulgur Nachtisch?</h2>



<p>Dieser süße Bulgur Nachtisch ist frisch aus dem Ofen zu genießen! Nachdem er ein klein wenig abgekühlt ist schmeckt eine Kugel Vanilleeis oder Fruchteis sehr gut dazu. Aber auch vegane Schlagcreme oder schlicht und ergreifend etwas Puderzucker sind eine schöne Abrundung des Rezepts. Frisches saftiges und kühles Obst passt ebenfalls gut dazu.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Bulgur vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Wasche den Bulgur gründlich ab, bis das Wasser nicht mehr schmutzig ist und gib ihn mit der angegebenen Wassermenge zusammen in einen Topf. Koche die beiden Zutaten auf, stelle anschließend die Temperatur ab und lass den Bulgur für 20 Minuten ziehen. Danach sollte er das Wasser komplett aufgesogen haben.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Zutaten zerkleinern</h3>



<p>Püriere die Bananen und schneide die Äpfel in kleine Stücke. Anschließend raspelst du die Schokoladentafel klein oder zerhackst sie grob mit einem Messer, ganz wie du willst. Du kannst auch direkt Schokodrops kaufen und diese verwenden.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Mischen und backen</h3>



<p>Gib nun alle Zutaten zusammen in eine Auflaufform und vermenge sie miteinander. Darüber kommt wahlweise noch eine Prise Zimt. Backe den Nachtisch bei 180°C auf mittlerer Schiene für 30 Minuten im Ofen. Sobald dein süßer Bulgur Nachtisch fertig ist kannst du ihn direkt mit kalter Schlagcreme, fruchtigem Obst oder Eis servieren!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie halten meine Patties besser zusammen?</h2>



<p>Falls deine Patties zu noch etwas locker sind und dir zu schnell auseinanderfallen kannst du mehr Mehl oder etwas Speisestärke dazugeben. Mehl ist ein typisches Bindemittel und macht sie stabiler. Je mehr Mehl du dazu gibst, desto fester werden die Patties. Achte darauf, dass sie dir nicht zu trocken werden und würze gegebenenfalls nochmal etwas nach.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Zu was kann ich die Patties kombinieren?</h2>



<p>Oooh, hier gibt es allerlei Sachen die ich dir aufzählen kann. Patties kannst du erstmal immer zu einem großen Salat essen. Egal ob warme oder kalte Salatgerichte, eigentlich passt alles. Ich liebe die Kombination von etwas Warmen und Kalten auf einem Teller, einfach lecker! Du kannst sie auch wie Falafel verwenden und einfach in Wraps legen oder zu Reis-/Linsen- und Nudelgerichten auftischen. Oder du machst dir einen leckeren Dip dazu und genießt sie als einzelne Mahlzeit!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Bulgur vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Wasche den Bulgur gründlich ab, bis das Wasser nicht mehr schmutzig ist und gib ihn mit der angegebenen Wassermenge zusammen in einen Topf. Koche die beiden Zutaten auf, stelle anschließend die Temperatur ab und lass den Bulgur für 20 Minuten ziehen. Danach sollte er das Wasser komplett aufgesogen haben.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Gemüse schneiden</h3>



<p>Schneide Paprika und Zwiebel in kleine Würfel. Verrühre alle Zutaten mit dem gekochten Bulgur in einer großen Schüssel.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Patties braten</h3>



<p>Erhitze Öl in einer Pfanne und forme etwa handtellergroße Patties. Sollten sie nicht so gut zusammenhalten gibst du noch etwas Mehl dazu. Diese werden nun von jeder Seite goldbraun gebraten. </p>



<p>Nach jeder fertigen Ladung gibst du wieder etwas Öl in die Pfanne: Ich setze gern einen Ölpunkt und lege dort direkt das Pattie oben drauf, damit es sich nachher gut wenden lässt. Du kannst vegane Gemüse Patties zu jeglichen Gerichten kombinieren oder auch einfach nur zu einem großen Salat essen!</p>

Nach jeder fertigen Ladung gibst du wieder etwas Öl in die Pfanne und die nächsten Patties darauf. <p>Dieses Bulgurdessert füllt ordentlich ab! Du kannst es dir als Frühstück am Folgetag zubereiten, als leckeren Nachtisch oder einfach zum Kaffeetrinken auf dem Tisch anrichten. Die unterste Schicht ist eine Nougat-Bulgurschicht mit Chiasamen. Diese wird von einer größeren Obstschicht aus Papaya, Granatapfelkernen, Orange und Cashewkernen bedeckt. Gesüßt wird das Ganze zusätzlich mit ein paar Datteln.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Was benötige ich?</h2>



<p>Wichtig ist bei diesem Rezept, dass du eine leistungsstarke Küchenmaschine hast. Die benötigst du, um die Fruchtschicht ganz cremig zu pürieren. Wenn die Leistung zu schwach ist werden die Granatapfel- und Cashewkerne nicht gut zerkleinert, was das Gesamtpaket enorm beeinflusst.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wo habe ich die Papaya her?</h2>



<p>Normalerweise kaufe ich keine Produkte, die um die halbe Welt gereist sind und demnach einen langen klimaschädlichen Import hinter sich haben: Doch diese Papaya habe ich bei einer Auffangstation für Lebensmittel gefunden, die in nächster Zeit weggeschmissen werden würden. Um das zu umgehen habe ich sie mir mitgenommen und gleich zu einem Rezept verarbeitet. Achte bei der Verarbeitung darauf, dass die Papaya auch gut reif ist. Die Schale sollte möglichst gelb sein und das Fruchtfleisch beim Drücken leicht nachgeben.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Vorbereitungen</h3>



<p>Wasche den Bulgur gründlich ab, bis das Wasser nicht mehr schmutzig ist und gib ihn mit der angegebenen Wassermenge zusammen in einen Topf. Koche die beiden Zutaten auf, stelle anschließend die Temperatur ab und lass den Bulgur für 20 Minuten ziehen. In einen weiteren kleinen Topf gibst du die Cashewkerne. Bedecke sie mit Wasser und lass sie für 15 Minuten kochen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Früchte pürieren</h3>



<p>In der Zwischenzeit nimmst du die Granatapfelkerne aus der Tiefkühltruhe und entfernst anschließend die Schale der Orange. Danach entfernst du die Schale und Kerne der Papaya und schneidest sie in grobe Stücke. </p>

<p>Sobald die Cashewkerne fertig gekocht sind schüttest du das Wasser ab. Jetzt kannst du alle Zutaten für die Fruchtschicht in eine leistungsstarke Küchenmaschine geben und kräftig pürieren lassen. Das kann durchaus ein wenig dauern bis alles eine cremige Masse geworden ist.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Bulgurschicht vervollständigen</h3>



<p>Nach der Ziehzeit sollte der Bulgur das komplette Wasser aufgesogen haben. Erwärme den Backnougat kurz in der Mikrowelle oder über einem Wasserbad und vermenge diesen mit dem Bulgur. Dazu gibst du die Chiasamen und den Pflanzendrink, rührst sie unter und lässt das Ganze 5 Minuten stehen.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Bulgurdesserts schichten</h3>



<p>Fülle die Bulgurmischung in deine Dessertgläser, teile sie gleichmäßig auf. Darüber gibst du die glatt pürierte Fruchtmischung und stellst die Gläser danach direkt in den Kühlschrank. Vor dem Servieren kannst du sie noch mit ein paar Schokoladenraspeln dekorieren!</p>

Gib ihn mit dem Wasser in einen Topf und koche die beiden Zutaten auf. Stelle anschließend die Temperatur ab und lass den Bulgur für 20min. ziehen. In einen weiteren kleinen Topf gibst du die Cashewkerne und kochst diese für 15min.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3528-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">In der Zwischenzeit nimmst du die Granatapfelkerne aus der Tiefkühltruhe und entfernst die Schale der Orange. Danach entfernst du die Schale und Kerne der Papaya und schneidest sie in grobe Stücke. Sobald die Cashewkerne fertig gekocht sind schüttest du das Wasser ab. Jetzt kannst du alle Zutaten für die Fruchtschicht in eine leistungsstarke Küchenmaschine geben und kräftig pürieren lassen. Das kann durchaus ein wenig dauern bis alles eine cremige Masse geworden ist.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3528-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Nach der Ziehzeit sollte der Bulgur das komplette Wasser aufgesogen haben. Erwärme den Backnougat in der Mikrowelle oder über einem Wasserbad und vermenge ihn mit dem Bulgur. Dazu gibst du die Chiasamen und den Pflanzendrink, rührst sie unter und lässt das Ganze 5min. stehen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3528-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Teile die Bulgurmischung auf die Dessertgläser auf. <p>Mein leckerer veganer Bulgursalat bringt ein erfrischendes Sommerfeeling auf deinen Teller! Er besteht aus leichtem Bulgur, fruchtigen Tomaten und einem herzhaft aromatischen Balsamico Dressing. Definitiv für alle zu empfehlen, die sich zum Essen einen schnellen kühlen Salat zubereiten wollen!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Warm oder kalt genießen?</h2>



<p>Dieser Salat schmeckt kalt definitiv am besten! Du kannst ihn ein paar Stunden vor dem Essen zubereiten und kühl stellen oder auch über Nacht ziehen lassen. Rühre einfach kurz vor dem Verzehr nochmal um damit sich die Flüssigkeit, die sich eventuell unten abgesetzt hat, wieder gut im Salat verteilt!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Veganer Bulgursalat kann wozu gegessen werden?</h2>



<p>Diesen Salat kannst du als eigene leichte Hauptmahlzeit zu dir nehmen oder auch als Beilage auf den Tisch stellen. Er passt super zu einem Grillerchen, als Beilage zu Patties, beliebigen Gemüsekombinationen oder auch als Füllung für Wraps! Werde kreativ und mach es so wie du es gern hättest. Ich habe diesen leckeren Bulgursalat zu Bohnen und einem veganen Cordon Bleu gegessen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Bulgur kochen</h3>



<p>Wasche den Bulgur gründlich ab, bis das Wasser klar ist. Danach gibst du ihn mit der angegebenen Wassermenge in einen Topf und kochst ihn auf. Achte bei der Wahl der Topfgröße darauf das er nicht zu klein ist, da der Bulgur noch ein ganzes Stück aufgeht! Anschließend stellst du den Herd wieder aus und lässt den Bulgur für 20 Minuten ziehen. Danach sollte das Wasser komplett aufgesogen und der Bulgur weich sein. </p>



<p>Er darf nun auskühlen: Am schnellsten geht das, wenn du ihn in eine kühle Schüssel umfüllst und hin und wieder umrührst.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Burgursalat vervollständigen</h3>



<p>Schneide die Tomaten und den veganen Feta in Stücke. Danach rührst du die beiden Zutaten in den Bulgur hinein und gibst Balsamico, Olivenöl, Tomatengewürz, Pfeffer und zerkleinerten Schnittlauch dazu. Alles gut vermengen und bis zur Mahlzeit im Kühlschrank lagern. </p>



<p>Veganer Bulgursalat kann entweder als eigenes leichtes Hauptgericht, Beilage zu Patties oder auch als Füllung für Wraps gegessen werden. Lass es dir schmecken!</p>
