<p>Ein süßer weihnachtlicher Spekulatiusboden mit einer leichten Rum-Note, eine zuckerarme Cremefüllung und dazwischen eine fruchtige Aroniabeeren Konfitüre. Das ist meine Spekulatius-Aronia-Tarte, perfekt für die besinnliche Kaffeezeit während der Weihnachtstage! <h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Welche Konfitüre verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Als Fruchteinlage habe ich eine selbstgemachte Aronia-Konfitüre genommen. Diese war sehr zuckerarm und durch die Beeren somit größtenteils sauer im Geschmack. Dadurch, dass der Boden jedoch sehr weihnachtlich süß schmeckt, ergänzen die beiden Schichten sich optimal.</p>



<p>Wenn du keine Aroniamarmelade hast, kannst du auch auf eine andere deiner Wahl zurückgreifen. Achte nur darauf, dass sie nicht zu viel Zucker enthält, da die Tarte sonst sehr süß werden kann.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange muss die Tarte gekühlt werden?</h2>



<p>Damit die Cremeschicht gut fest werden kann empfehle ich dir, die Tarte <strong>mindestens 3h</strong> in den Kühlschrank zu stellen. So bleibt die Creme stehen, wenn du die Tarte in Stücke schneidest, ist aber nicht komplett fest. Am Folgetag hast du eine perfekt durchgezogene Tarte bei der du sicher sein kannst, dass alles an seinem Platz bleibt und super gut schmeckt! Ich empfehle dir aber generell die Tarte einen Tag ziehen zu lassen, da schmeckt sie am besten.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Boden backen</h3>



<p>Gib alle Zutaten für den Tarteboden in eine Küchenmaschine und zerkleinere sie zu einer feuchten krümeligen Masse. Heize den Backofen auf 180°C Umluft vor. Fette deine Tarteform ein und drücke den Boden gleichmäßig bis hoch zu den Rändern an. Backe den Boden für 10min. auf mittlerer Ofenschiene. Anschließend komplett auskühlen lassen.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Creme vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Rühre die Mascarpone mit einem Handrührgerät kurz cremig. Danach kommen Seidentofu, Puderzucker und Kakao dazu. Vermixe alles so lange, bis eine einheitliche Creme ohne Stückchen entstanden ist.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Tarte vervollständigen</h3>



<p>Auf den ausgekühlten Tarteboden verteilst du nun erst die Aronia Konfitüre und darauf die Cremefüllung. Streiche die schön glatt und stelle die Tarte mindestens 3h in den Kühlschrank. Anschließend verzieren, anrichten und schmecken lassen!</p>

<p>Ein dunkler Keksboden, mit einer fruchtigen Orangennote, eine feine Sahnecreme und Erdbeeren on Top. Wie kann man da nur widerstehen? Ich sag es dir so wie es ist: Es gibt so gut wie keine Chance, diese vegane Tarte mit Erdbeeren nicht zu lieben!</p>



<p>Das Beste daran ist, dass du für diese Leckerei nicht den Ofen anschmeißen musst. Es ist ein NoBake Rezept, wobei du lediglich ein wenig Kühlzeit einplanst. Aber für dieses Ergebnis lohnt es sich!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wozu verwende ich das Orangeat?</h2>



<p>Typischerweise verwendet man Orangeat überwiegend in der Weihnachtszeit, um zum Beispiel Stollen zu backen. Ich wollte mal etwas neues ausprobieren und bin von dieser Variante echt begeistert! Durch das Orangeat bekommt der Boden eine wunderbare leicht klebrige Konsistenz und eine feine Orangennote. Diese harmoniert wunderbar mit den Erdbeeren und erfordert keine weitere Süße.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange habe ich die Tarte gekühlt?</h2>



<p>Meine Tarte war vor dem ersten Anschnitt etwa 1,5h im Kühlschrank. Nach dieser Kühlzeit hatte sie eine optimale Festigkeit erreicht! Ich empfehle dir, mindesten eine Kühlzeit von einer Stunde einzuhalten: Wenn du die Sahnecreme gut steif geschlagen hast, reicht die Zeit aus! Um sicher zu gehen, lässt du sie einfach noch eine halbe Stunde länger Ruhen.</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Keksboden herstellen</h3>



<p>Als Erstes gibst du die Zutaten für den Keksboden in eine Küchenmaschine und lässt sie zerkleinern. Es sollte eine feucht krümlige Masse entstehen, die beim zusammendrücken gut verdichtet wird. Fette eine 26cm Tarteform mit etwas weicher veganer Butter ein und drücke den Keksboden darauf an. Der Boden sollte, bis hoch an die Ränder, gleichmäßig verteilt sein und keine einzelnen Krümel mehr aufweisen. Du kannst dafür entweder einen Becker benutzen oder ganz klassisch die Hände. Stelle die Tarteform danach in den Kühlschrank, damit der Boden fest wird!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Creme schlagen</h3>



<p>In einer Schüssel schlägst du die pflanzliche Rama mit SanApart und Puderzucker standfest. Mache den ultimativen Test: Drehe die Schüssel kurz Kopfüber! Wenn die Sahne dir nicht entgegenspringt ist sie perfekt! Taste dich bitte vorsichtig heran&#8230; Nicht, dass sie dir wirklich aus der Schüssel fällt!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Tarte füllen</h3>



<p>Hole deine Tarteform aus dem Kühlschrank und verteile die Erdbeermarmelade auf dem Boden. Darüber kommt die leichte Sahnecreme: Streiche die Oberfläche möglichst glatt und platziere die Tarte für 1h im Kühlschrank.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Erdbeeren schneiden</h3>



<p>In der Zwischenzeit kannst du dich um das hübsche Aussehen der leckeren NoBake-Tarte kümmern: Wasche die frischen Erdbeeren gründlich ab und tupfe sie mit einem Küchenpapier trocken. Schneide die Erdbeeren in etwa 2-3mm dicke Scheiben und sortiere sie ein wenig nach der Größe: Das macht es dir später einfacher, sie passend zu platzieren.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Schritt: Dekorieren</h3>



<p>Nimm die Tarte aus dem Kühlschrank und beginne, die größten Erdbeerscheiben nebeneinander in einem Halbkreis zu legen. Danach folgt leicht versetzt und überlappend die nächste Erdbeerreihe: Das wiederholst du, bis du am Rand der Tarte angekommen bist! Schau dir dazu gern das Kurzvideo an, da sieht du genau, wie ich es gemacht habe. Du kannst die Tarte entweder so lassen oder kurz vor dem servieren mit etwas Kakao toppen.</p>

Hole deine Tarteform aus dem Kühlschrank und verteile die Erdbeermarmelade auf dem Boden. <p>Für eine locker leichte Leckerei am Nachmittag ist diese Blaubeer-Tarte genau das Richtige! Die Blaubeeren passen wunderbar mit dem Haselnuss-Keks-Boden und der cremigen Mascarponeschicht zusammen. Und das Beste: Hier ist kein zusätzlicher Zucker verarbeitet, also goodbye schlechtes Gewissen! Die Süße der Creme kommt allein durch die darin enthaltenen Bananen. Feigen verfeinern den Boden. Eine Kombination, die du unbedingt probieren solltest!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange muss die Tarte kühlen?</h2>



<p>Ich empfehle dir die Tarte für mindestens eine bis anderthalb Stunden in den Kühlschrank zu stellen, bevor du sie anschneidest. Wenn du die Kühlzeit nicht berücksichtigst, kann es passieren, dass dir die Creme von der Tarte läuft, das wäre natürlich ein wenig ärgerlich!</p>

<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Keksboden herstellen</h3>



<p>Heize deinen Backofen auf 180°C Umluft vor. Zerkleinere Kekse und Haselnüsse. Gebe anschließend die getrockneten Feigen und die geschmolzene Butter dazu und zerkleinere alles so lange, bis eine klebrige Masse entstanden ist.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Keksboden backen</h3>



<p>Fette deine Tarteform leicht ein, verteile den Keksboden gleichmäßig darauf und drücke ihn fest an. Steche ihn an ein paar Stellen mit einer Gabel ein. Schiebe den Boden für 15 Minuten in den Ofen.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Creme vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Schlage die Mascarpone kurz cremig. Schütte die Rama dazu, gib das Sahnesteif mit hinein und mixe deine Creme so lange, bis sie eine standfeste Konsistenz annimmt. Zerdrücke die Bananen mit einer Gabel, gebe sie dazu und mixe noch einmal kurz durch. Nicht zu lange, da die Creme sich sonst wieder verflüssigt!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Schritt: Tarte schichten</h3>



<p>Sobald der Keksboden gebacken und abgekühlt ist, verteilst du darauf die Blaubeeren und bedeckst sie mit der Bananencreme. Lege ein paar Beeren für die Dekoration zur Seite. Lass deine Tarte für eine bis anderthalb Stunden im Kühlschrank ruhen, dekoriere sie anschließend und mache deinem Gaumen eine riesen Freude!</p>
