<p>Ein farbenfroher Aufstrich auf der Grundlage von Kichererbsen und Roter Bete. Sehr lecker, cremig und natürlich vegan. Du brauchst nur wenige Zutaten und kannst entscheiden, ob du rohe oder bereits fertig gegarte Rote Bete verwenden möchtest. Gerade durch seine intensive Farbe lockt er sicher den ein oder anderen an! Probiere den Rote Bete Hummus unbedingt aus.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie gesund ist Rote Bete?</h2>



<p>Rote Bete ist reich an Mineralstoffen. Neben Kalzium, Phosphor, Kalium, Magnesium und Eisen enthalten sie viele B-Vitamine, Vitamin C und Folsäure. Aufgrund ihres hohen Wassergehalts von ca. 90% haben sie zwar einen sehr hohen Nährwert, jedoch nur wenig Kalorien.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann ich die Blätter verwenden?</h2>



<p>Ja! Wenn die Blätter der Roten Bete noch schön frisch aussehen, kannst du sie samt Strunk wie Spinat verarbeiten!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wann ist die Rote Bete gar?</h2>



<p>Sie braucht verhältnismäßig lang, um weich zu werden. Daher habe ich die Rübe geschält und in Würfel geschnitten. Somit war sie in 20 Minuten weich und bereit zur Weiterverarbeitung. Je größer die Stücke sind, desto mehr zeit solltest du einplanen. Picks einmal mit einer Gabel oder Holzstäbchen in die Rote Bete hinein. Wenn das ohne viel Kraftaufwand möglich ist, kannst du sie abschütten.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Rote Bete kochen</h3>



<p>Solltest du bereits fertig gekochte Rote Bete verwenden, kannst du diesen Schritt überspringen.</p>



<p>Wenn du rohe Rote Bete verwendest muss sie zuerst gekocht werden. Entferne dafür die Schale und Blätter und schneide sie in Stücke, damit sie schneller weich ist. Koche sie für 20min. Pikse mit einer Gabel hinein, wenn sie weich ist kannst du das Wasser abschütten. </p>



<p><strong>Tipp:</strong> Das Wasser ist auch gut wiederzuverwerten. Damit lassen sich wunderbar ein paar pinke Nudeln machen! Klicke hier für meine Rote Bete Pasta. Die Blätter kannst du in einem anderen Gericht wie Spinat zubereiten! </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Zutaten zerkleinern</h3>



<p>Als nächstes gibst du alle Zutaten mit der abgetropften Roten Bete zusammen in einen leistungsstarken Mixer. Zerkleinere sie, bis eine schöne pinke Creme entstanden ist und fülle diese in ein Gefäß um. Lagere den Aufstrich kühl und verbrauche ihn innerhalb von 4 Tagen.</p>

<p>Nahezu alle Gerichte die man tierisch zubereitet, kann man auch in einer veganen Variante nachmachen. In diesem Rezept habe ich mich an Mett probiert! Das Ergebnis ist meiner Meinung eine schöne Alternative für die tierische Version, ein rein veganes Zwiebelmett aus Reiswaffeln und Tomatenmark.</p>



<p><strong>Wichtig: </strong>Natürlich schmeckt es nicht wie normales Mett. Ich bitte dich, solche Rezepte nie mit der ursprünglichen Form 1:1 zu vergleichen! Es ist lediglich eine Ausweichvariante für alle, die tierische Produkte aus ihrem Wochenplan streichen wollen.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wozu verwende ich das Mett?</h2>



<p>Ich schmiere mir das Zwiebelmett gern auf mein Brötchen. Dazu passen hervorragend frische Toppings, wie etwa Schnittlauch, Petersilie oder auch Zwiebelringe! Du kannst das Mett aber auch für Füllungen verwenden: Gefüllte Zucchini und Co. sind dafür gute Beispiele. Ich kann es mir auch als gute Grundlage für Patties vorstellen (hab es aber noch nicht ausprobiert!). Du brauchst dafür lediglich noch ein Bindemittel wie beispielsweise Mehl.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Welche Reiswaffeln verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Bei den Reiswaffeln habe ich Naturelle genommen. Sie sollten pur sein, da der Geschmack sonst abweicht. Wenn du eine andere Geschmacksnote noch hinzubekommen möchtest, kannst du dich aber auch mit bereits gewürzten Reiswaffeln probieren. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Reiswaffeln vorbereiten</h3>



<p>Als Erstes zerkleinerst du die Reiswaffeln mit den Händen und übergießt sie mit dem heißen Wasser. Die Stücke sollten nicht zu groß sein! Anschließend verrührst du Tomatenmark, Öl und Paprikapulver miteinander und gibst sie mit in die Schüssel. Verrühre alles, bis sich die Zutaten gleichmäßig verteilt haben.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt:  Veganes Zwiebelmett vervollständigen</h3>



<p>Schneide die Zwiebel in kleine Würfel und hebe sie unter. Füge nach Belieben Salz und Pfeffer hinzu und lass es über Nacht im Kühlschrank durchziehen. </p>



<p>Das vegane Zwiebelmett kannst du hervorragend auf dein Brötchen essen und mit Zwiebelringen und Kräutern dekorieren bzw. aufpeppen!</p>

<p>Nussig, schokoladig und der optimale Zusatz zu deinem süßen Frühstück! Dieser Schoko Aufstrich enthält nur wenig Zucker und hat einen intensiven Haselnuss-Kakao-Geschmack. Die Zubereitung ist simpel, du brauchst lediglich eine leistungsstarke Küchenmaschine.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Welches Öl verwende ich?</h2>



<p>Ich habe geschmacksneutrales Sojaöl verwendet. Das „Problem“ dabei ist nur, dass die Creme dadurch im Kühlschrank nicht streichfest wird. Du kannst stattdessen jedoch <strong>Kokosöl</strong> verwenden! Kokosöl hat die Eigenschaft, dass es bei Hitze flüssig ist und sich bei Kälte verfestigt. So bekommst du noch einen optimal streichbaren Aufstrich!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange hält der Aufstrich?</h2>



<p>Du kannst ihn in einem gut verschlossenen Gefäß etwa 5-7 Tage aufbewahren. Wichtig ist dabei, dass beim herausnehmen sauber gearbeitet wird, damit keine Unreinheiten hereinkommen. In diesem Falle kann er schneller schlecht werden.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wofür verwende ich den Schoko Aufstrich?</h2>



<p>Du kannst die Creme auf dein Brot schmieren und zum Frühstück genießen. Wenn du, statt Kokosöl normales geschmacksneutrales Öl verwendest, ist es auch super als Schokosoße über Desserts, Eis oder einen süßen Nachtisch zu genießen!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Haselnüsse rösten</h3>



<p>Zuerst gibst du die ganzen Haselnüsse in eine Pfanne. Kein Öl oder andere Flüssigkeiten dazu schütten! Stelle die Temperatur nach oben und röste sie ein paar Minuten an. Achte darauf, dass sie dir nicht anbrennen und wende sie hin und wieder. Sobald die Nüsse gut riechen, nimmst du sie aus der Pfanne.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Pürieren</h3>



<p>Gib alle Zutaten zusammen in eine leistungsstarke Küchenmaschine und zerkleinere sie für etwa 15-20 Minuten. Am Anfang solltest du die Zutaten alle 30 Sekunden und anschließend nach 1-2 Minuten vom Rand nach unten schieben. Das dauert zwar etwas, aber für das cremige Ergebnis lohnt sich der Aufwand!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Umfüllen</h3>



<p>Die Creme ist warm am flüssigsten. Fülle sie in ein verschließbares Glas und stelle es, nachdem es bei Zimmertemperatur etwas abgekühlt ist, in den Kühlschrank. Bei der Verwendung von Kokosöl wird der Aufstrich wesentlich fester! Genieße die Schokoladencreme auf deinem Brötchen!</p>

<p>Wenn du nach einem leckeren und schnellen Kidneybohnen Aufstrich suchst, bist du hier genau richtig! In diesem veganen Rezept habe ich Räuchertofu integriert und mit angebratenen Zwiebeln verfeinert. Die Kombination ist schön mild und passt hervorragend auf dein Frühstücksbrot!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Welche Kidneybohnen benutze ich?</h2>



<p>Ich habe zu Hause einen großen Sack an getrockneten Kidneybohnen stehen. Bei Bedarf weiche ich diese über Nacht ein und koche sie am nächsten Tag 15 Minuten im Schnellkochtopf. Wenn du keinen Schnellkochtopf hast und sich dein Konsum von Kidneybohnen auch in Grenzen hält, dann kannst du ebenso die fertigen Bohnen aus der Dose verwenden.</p>



<p>Bei einem hohen Verbrauch solltest du dir die Zulegung eines Schnellkochtopfes einmal durch den Kopf gehen lassen, da du somit Unmengen an Dosenmüll sparst!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Kann ich das Öl ersetzen?</h2>



<p>Wenn du nicht so viel Öl verwenden möchtest, kannst du auch einen Teil davon mit Wasser ersetzen. Achte darauf: Das Verhältnis von Wasser zu Öl ist nicht gleich! Taste dich mit der Wassermenge langsam heran und gib nur wenig dazu, damit der Aufstrich nicht zu flüssig wird. Es kann auch sein, dass er dann nicht so schön sämig wird.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lange ist der Aufstrich haltbar?</h2>



<p>Er sollte innerhalb von 5 Tagen verwertet werden. Wichtig ist dabei, dass du ihn in einer geschlossenen Dose beziehungsweise Schüssel aufbewahrst und ihn daraus mit einem sauberen Besteck entnimmst. Wenn fremde Stoffe hineinkommen, kann er schneller schlecht werden.</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Vorbereitungen</h3>



<p>Schäle und schneide die Zwiebel in kleine Stücke. Erhitze etwas Öl in einer kleinen Pfanne und brate die Zwiebel goldbraun an. Danach schneidet du den Räuchertofu in Stücke.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Zusammenfügen</h3>



<p>Als Nächstes gibst du alle Zutaten für den Aufstrich in eine Küchenmaschine mit Pürier-Funktion. Bei der Schichtung gehst du wie folgt vor: Kidneybohnen, Räuchertofu, Zwiebel, darauf die Gewürze und zum Schluss das Öl.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Schritt: Zerkleinern</h3>



<p>Püriere die Zutaten bis zu der gewünschten Konsistenz! Ich habe nur noch ein paar kleine Stücke drin gelassen, der Großteil war schön cremig. Du kannst deinen Aufstrich nun in eine Schüssel füllen und im Kühlschrank verstauen oder direkt auf dein Brot schmieren. Lass es dir schmecken!</p>

<p>Ein super geschmacksintensiver und leckerer veganer Tomaten Aufstrich, mit weißen Bohnen als Basis. Er ist schön cremig und in nur 2 Schritten fertig zubereitet. Du kannst ihn zum Frühstück und Abendessen auf dein Brötchen essen oder auch zu anderen Beilagen servieren!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wie lagere ich den Aufstrich?</h2>



<p>Der Aufstrich sollte immer in einem geschlossenen Gefäß kühl gelagert werden. So hält er am längsten frisch! Ich empfehle dir, ihn innerhalb von 3 bis maximal 5 Tagen zu verwerten. Nach dieser Zeit solltest du ihn dir genau anschauen, ob er noch zu essen geht! Auch ein Geruchstest empfiehlt sich hier, bevor man kräftig hineinlangt. Ich gebe dir gleich direkt ein paar Varianten, wie du den Aufstrich verwenden kannst, damit es gar nicht zu so einer langen Lagerzeit kommt!</p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Wozu esse ich den veganen Tomaten Aufstrich?</h2>



<p>Ich bereite mir den Aufstrich gern für das Frühstück vor. Egal, ob auf Brötchen, Brot oder auch in Wraps&#8230; der geht immer! Du kannst ihn aber genauso zu beispielsweise Kartoffelspalten essen und somit als Dip verwenden. Wenn du zu viel übrig hast, nimmst du ihn einfach als Grundlage für eine Soße! Dabei musst du nur etwas Pflanzendrink hinzugeben, glattrühren und eventuell nochmal abschmecken. So hast du ihn bestens genutzt! </p>



<h2 class="has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading">Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Schritt: Zutaten hineingeben</h3>



<p>Für den Aufstrich gibst du zuerst die weißen Bohnen und darauf die getrockneten Tomaten in eine Küchenmaschine. Darüber verteilst du die restlichen Zutaten und schüttest abschließend das Öl dazu.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Schritt: Pürieren</h3>



<p>Danach zerkleinerst du die Zutaten so lange, bis ein cremiger Aufstrich entstanden ist. Fülle diesen in ein Gefäß um und lagere ihn verschlossen im Kühlschrank.</p>
